• Cullen (1/5): Perfect for adults or couples not for a family with small children - The private terrace was great for sun bathing The pool was very dirty when we arrived had to wait for the pool guy to come clean it before we could use it , also a shelf was off the wall on the floor dust everywhere as soon as we walked in I raised this and was told maintenance would be out the following morning (no one showed up the whole week) , an awful smell coming from the drains the first bathroom/laundry area down stairs had an awful smell too , the pool only got sun for 2 hours if we where lucky I also had a small child with me and I felt unsafe the gaps between the railings where very big easy enough for a small child to fall through I wouldn’t recommend this villa for family’s this is probably the worst one I’ve been to unfortunately

• Calum (9/5): Superb - I like San Marcial area in general and the Villa was close to local bus stop and 3x supermarkets. Tha Villa itself was very spacious and the kitchen has up to date appliances. The area is residential and there were no noisy parties which suited us. The Villa was cleaned regularly, which we didn't expect. Our fault as it didn't say it had it, but being from a colder climate, air conditioning would have been nice given weather was fantastic. Again this not your fault but premises across the road was having building work done and the Villa is situated on the main road, which was busier than I thought, as such, at times it could be quite noisy during the day.

Area noisy at night due to traffic, Great having 3 shower rooms but unfortunately only 1 - had everything we needed very well stocked with kitchen equipment etc. Pool was great for cooling down and it was very private and secure. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed a late check out which was great. Area location was good but due to close proximity to busy road it was noisy at night with windows open. Needed to have windows open due to heat. There was a lot of traffic during the night/early morning on this road. On another night there was lots of commotion in the area behind the property (partially finished properties other side of waste ground). could not use shower in top bedroom due to Water pressure. Only sufficient in bottom bedroom on occasion so me mostly used the lower shower (1 of 3 showers sufficient)
• Liubomyr (10/5): Exceptional - Great Villa, a great experience. Nice and clean. In a pretty quiet place. All equipment for long staying is in this place. There is a supermarket not far away from the villa, 5 min walking to the ocean coast and ocean view sidewalk. During our stay for 11 nights, there was 2 times pool cleaning and 1 time general cleaning. Somebody wrote about low water pressure in the shower, it's true but it happens after 6 pm. In the morning and in the afternoon everything works perfectly.
