• Chieko (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful apartment with the view of a Roman church. Could hear the peaceful bell sounds telling the hours of a day. Quiet, yet close to the Rome Termini train station. The owner was very caring and thorough with every details to make sure our stay was comfortable. When he and his plumber had to come into the apartment to check on pipes, which inconvenienced us somewhat, he left a gift box of Limoncello. That was a nice gesture.

• Olga (10/5): Great location - The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Termini station and within walking distance of the Colosseum (we managed it even with a 3-year-old toddler and a senior lady in our group!). The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and to fully enjoy our time in Rome. The fridge and kitchen were generously stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a lovely touch. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. Everything was great — highly recommended!
• Hubert (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, trzy pokoje (dwie sypialnie z dużymi łóżkami + salon z aneksem kuchennym), na miejscu do dyspozycji spacerówka, lodówka, zamrażarka z kostkami lodu, włoskie przysmaki, dżemy, nutella, ekspres do kawy, dzbanek do wody z filtrem, przyprawy, oliwa, parasole. Telewizory w pokojach (w salonie już nie ledwo sięgał internet, więc ciężko było coś obejrzeć). Na ścianach duże zdjęcia np. Koloseum, Forum Romanum. Brak kieliszków do wina (aczkolwiek w szklankach też dobrze smakuje :))

• Ieva (9/5): Enjoyable stress free family stay in a lovely spacious comfortable apartment - We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is well equipped and the host made sure it met all our needs travelling with a small baby. The location is fantastic, access was easy, apartment was clean and super spacious. The host was very kind trying to make sure we had a good stay.Would definitely come back. It’s not that we didn’t like it, but the property would benefit from air conditioning for former time of the year.

• Elli_gioia (10/5): True Italian hospitality in a charming apartment - This is a great place to stay. The apartment has everything for a very comfortable stay. In the kitchen, you will find bottled water, biscuits, various types of tea, coffee for a coffee machine with a cappucinator to enjoy great Italian coffee. There are jams, Nutella, spices, everything for cooking or warming in the microwave. In the bathroom there are various bottles with shampoo and balsam and lotion and shower gel. I cannot think of anything lacking. All the windows of the apartment have a beautiful view. But, as with any apartment stay, the host is the most important part. And I say "host", not just an owner, because Andrea is really a host welcoming his guests as personal friends - very hospitable, charming, ready to help and provide the best advice, and so caring! He is really very concerned about his guests. So, here you will definitely come to know the true nature of the warm, cordial, sincere Italians! Great country - great nation! • Peter (9/5): Great base for restful recovery after busy days out - Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Modern equipment and decor. Plenty of space for me and my son. Bedrooms both light and airy, easily big enough for two couples. Very friendly and helpful owner made our stay easy. Location was very good for mainline rail and metro connections. We didn’t use buses or taxis as we were able to walk to major sights from metro stops. Plenty of places to eat nearby, more trendy locations perhaps a bit further. The only minor thing is a little traffic noise - it’s a city location so this is to be expected but no major road nearby. It didn’t disturb our sleep.
