• Filip (10/5): Perfect - One of the best places I've been to in the Anfield area. It's about a 25-minute walk to the stadium, a great location for a match. I've been many times in this area and this is definitely the highest standard place I've stayed in so far. I recommend it to everyone.

• Yahoo1234 (7/5): Good - Spacious shared kitchen space, not far from the station. Some of the construction work in the room looked like a rush job. Gaps in the windows seal, skirting board not finished off properly. While this didn't directly affect our stay, it gave the room a cheap feeling and not worth the money we paid.
• Kenneth (9/5): Excellent place to stay for Anfield events. - Great place to stay for event at Anfield…had to ring to find entrance but host very friendly and helpful and came out to meet us...parking on road as stated but good and just outside. Comfortable and very clean room & bathroom…very useful shared dining room and facilities..used the toaster..kettle etc in room with superb snacks and bottled water provided by host..also breakfast treats provided too. Many thanks for all this..all helped us in enjoying our Bruce S weekend. An easy and straightforward walk back from Anfield. Many thanks. Nothing..all good thanks.

• Bennett (7/5): Decent price, location and property but not for light sleepers - Close to Goodison Stadium, large room, comfy bed, lovely linens. Little touches like cream eggs and biscuits, we were allowed to book in early to get to the match as our room was ready. The tiling in the bathroom was cracked and sharp for bare feet at night bit the very worst thing was the thin walls the people in the next room were still playing music at 03:45, when I banged on the wall they turned it off but put the TV on and talked until 05:00

Was great as we were there for the races, ten mins away in the car or three stops on the train (5 min walk from the property and 10-15 min drive to the city centre. Reasonable price for how last minute we booked. Only downside is the parking is limited.

• Nagasubramanian (9/5): Great location for going to Anfield - If travelling by public transport, it is a short walk from the nearest bus stop, but the walk is comfortable and there are takeaways till late in the night. The hotel is about 25 min walk from Anfield and the day I stayed, when there was a match at Anfield, the price was reasonable when compared to options in central Liverpool. The room and the bathroom were big when compared to normal hotel rooms and bathrooms. The staff were helpful and available on phone when I needed help while checking in around 9 pm in the evening after a nice day out in Liverpool.

• Sean (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was very comfortable, very nice room and kitchen etc was great! The plumbing was not good, the toilet would not always flush, had no hot water for the shower on the Thursday afternoon.
• Paul (10/5): Very good value for money, perfect for the overnight accomodation we needed - Great price, great location as 30 mins walk to anfield as me and my son travelled from the midlands for a midweek game. Occupants of the rooms were very helpful and friendly and when i ontacted the owner (Sue) she was very nice. The room was immaculate and the little treats ( chocolates, toothbrushes/toothpaste, bottled water, biscuits and savory biscuits) were really appreciated.

• Sidwell (7/5): Comfortable stay and quick access to public transport. - The property is in walkable location from Goodison Park and Anfield if you're a football enthusiast. It had everything I needed for a nights stay or two. Quick access to busses, trains and a stone throw away from the city. Didn't have coffee or tea in the room but had plenty milk and sugar. Couldn't find any staff around to provide me with coffee. Was woken up on the day of check out by a fire alarm that went on for 20min. Basically forcing you out of bed that resulted in a early departure for me..

• Charlene (9/5): Amazing stay and can’t wait to return! - The room was clean and spacious, the little extras like sweets on our pillow, toothbrushes and toothpastes, water and snacks and the information about using the facilities exceeded my expectations. The snail teddies were a nice touch as well. The station is only a short walk and taxis back we’re around £12 which, saved us more money then booking in the city centre. Tv was a little difficult to use as it needed PIN numbers but we got it to work in the end.

• Richard (8/5): Homely apartment in great location for long or short stays - The communal kitchen works very well, fully equipped for those wanting to cook any meals, large fridge/freezer storage, and dining table also. Local stores and a pizza take-away open late Large Smart tv in rooms gives you full entertainment Just 6 mins to local (Kirkdale) train station, which serves the Merseyside network (go online and buy all-day off-peak travelcard for £6.20), then you can visit from Southport to Birkenhead, and, of course, Liverpool city. Great location for both football clubs Small "snagging" items in the room needs attention, but these are probably completed very soon as rooms become available to finish
• Truls (10/5): Great stay, great room, great neighborhood, great hosts. - Most of it. Loved the room, the owners and the silent neighbourhood. Loved that it was in walking distance to Anfield Road, and that it was easy both to get from and to. Looks like they forgot to clean the room enough before I came. Was some garbage left from the previous inhabitant, and a hair - but no problems at all. Probably just unlucky - so nothing to point the finger at.

I like the little touches in the room I feel they .could do with putting a bedside cabinet on both sides as I had to use the stall as a table for morning coffee ☕️ and to put my phone on... they could do with getting better mattress for the beds. they weren't really bad but not the greatest

• Ryan (8/5): Very good - My wife and I were visiting family in liverpool and just needed a place to get our heads down, just a short walk from the train station to Liverpool Central, however we missed the last train home, but the taxi was only £15 so all good 👍. Bed was comfy and the room was clean (and a cup of tea for Mrs J)! Will definitely be booking again next time we visit! Free parking could be a little clearer
