Guest Reviews
- Luke (10/5): -
- Julia (10/5): An elegant bolt hole - It is very well appointed and well equipped. A little slice of heaven tucked behind the main street; peaceful and comfortable. Each room was spacious and well designed. An aspirational home. Nothing
- Jane (10/5): - The place is beautifully appointed and really looked after. The accommodation had everything we could have wanted and is perfectly located. It really is a little hideaway in the best part of town. The little courtyard was an added bonus.
We were using public transport and the train station is an easy walk and the excellent 700 bus service leaves for Portsmouth from the square less than a minute away. (just remember it stops on the main road on the way back). So it was a great location for visiting the Mary Rose and the Roman palace at Fishbourne on way to Chichester. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I read the comment about the light coming into the bedroom and meant to bring an eye mask. But it's a minor thing.
- Margarida (10/5): Cosy Little House in the lovely Emsworth š - Perfect location, spotless clean, lovely decorated little House in Emsworth high Street. Pubs, restaurants, shops, groceries on your doorsteps. Few minuts walking to the harbour. Bus to Portsmouth in front and train station 10 min walking. Direct train to Gatwick airport and London. Easy to find and good comunication with the host. We will return for sure. š

- Brian (7/5): Disappointing - Very nice building in centre of town and this was our second stay. Unfortunately the first booking coincided with the building in front being redecorated and the noise and smell rather ruined that stay. This time it was very cold as it was across the country but the underfloor heating just did not warm the property up. The owners use a remote system leaving the renter no ability to turn up the heat, they said it was 25 degrees but it never went above 24 and even then kept going down to 23. I checked the flooring and the underground heating appears no to cover the whole floor, so the entrance lobby and the bedroom cupboard for clothes were always very cold.

- Grady (10/5): Stayed for 8 days for work, was extremely comfortable and happy with The Hideaway - Central location, beautifully maintained, extremely tidy. Everything you could need while travelling.
- Roland (10/5): I would strongly recommend the Hideaway, the host did a fantastic job of giving instructions. It was in a great central - this apartment is a great location, it is a fantastic apartment, very large and very contemporary. I always wish we could stay longer to enjoy it more. we were confused about where to park, and it was very hot and we couldnāt figure out how to make it cooler other than opening the windows. I couldnāt figure out how to use an international phone to call the host, as Iām sure they wouldāve helped me with this.

- George (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very clean and good value for money.
- Brian (9/5): Superb - Beautiful Pied a Terre set back a few paces from the high street. Ideal for 2 adults, plenty of places to dine close by.
- David (10/5): Fabulous and would wholeheartedly recommend - Beautifully clean , high end equipment and a very good location Nothing
