• Sk (1/5): Rubbish experience. Do not go there.. - It was a garage full of rubbish and household goods, bicycles, etc., no heating in this cold weather! The bed seems to have been collected from the side of the road. Filthy doona sitting on top. It wasn't a proper accommodation. The house smelled bad. I went to the property and refused to stay after inspecting its condition. I later asked the host to cancel my booking and refund me in full because it was not worth it. I later booked another property using the same app, where I am happily staying now, and it is good both in price and service.

• Hazel (1/5): Avoid, Not a Comfort Home - Leaving I am writing with concern about our experience with a recent reservation at comfort home. Having a late change in plans, with a day and a halfs notice, I reserved two 'apartments' under the title comfort home. We were two adults and one 17 year old, and upon making my enquiry/ reservation the site automatically dictated that my group required two rooms. There was much information of the facilities available to guests at the home and I was informed that someone would meet me to provude access once I he as confirmed an arrival time...so far, so good. However upon arrival it was apparent that this wasn't a vacant unit that was being utilised for rental as the description had led me to believe, but someone's home....and moreover the gentleman was still in the process of cleaning out his own bedroom for our stay when we arrived at the agreed time. There was an initial confrontation when the gentleman claimed that booking.com had made an error and we had only booked one room.. we showed our booking confirmation and he showed me his.. which confirmed our stay in two rooms..yet he still remained reticent that it was a booking.com error and that he only had one room available. At this point we returned to our car to attempt to find alternative accommodation. Sadly there was nothing available closeby at short notice, so we reluctantly agreed to utilise the one bedroom between three of us...there was a bedsheet on the king size bed which whilst laundered was stained.and the bathroom we discovered (after changing into our night attire) was still littered with the owners toiletries and had yet to be cleaned for our arrival. Duvets were provided, but we chose to use what we had brought with us at that point! We were so tired and shocked, (we could hear the owner clanking and banging around in the adjacent living area late into the night) that we really struggled to process the whole situation at the time.

• Nikka (1/5): TERRIBLE,WASTE OF MONEY,SCARY,NIGHTMARE ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE BAD - Nothing im very disappointted We arrive at the area . The front yard is scary and dirty. We get inside the house i thinks its a family house and just rented a room what i booked is a deluxe room for us to stay before my surgery but it turns out to be nightmare. We get in the house it is very dirty not organized and the guy that met us up just got out from sleep. The house is creepy i dont reccomend it to anyone. As we enter the room the blankets and all smells and the room was dirty at all . I checked the door for the lock and there is no lock for security purpose. And when i checked the drawers i. Found a left over box where i read it is viagra. We felt we werent in a safe place . So i immediately book for another hotel. This COMFORT HOME is not a COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY PLEASE BOOKING .COM. Remove this property . Unfortunately we didnt took a photo because we are in shocked and scared so we leave the area as soon as the big guy leave . Mind you we have a kid with us

• Andrew (1/5): If you want to guarantee you have somewhere to stay, avoid this property. - The property was in a good spot. Was informed the morning of the stay that I was unable to stay there any longer, and that they would cancel the booking on their end as I informed them I couldn’t cancel as it was the day of the booking. They didn’t cancel the booking, and then informed Booking that I hadn’t contacted them and that I was not eligible for a refund. The owner is a crook. Avoid.
