The family who is running the place is very nice, the breakfast is amazing, the view is spectacular. We are defientely going to be back!!! Sehr freundliche Besitzer, gutes Frühstück, alles bestens! Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten im Ortskern, zweimal um die Ecke links gibt es ein nettes kleines Restaurant (Lunch at Maia) Nichts!

Pokój bardzo ładnie urządzony, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Super taras i możliwość siedzenia na nim i patrzenia na góry. Dodatkowy plus za psy, śpią na posłaniach na co po kilku dniach w Gruzji i patrzenia na dziesiątki bezpańskich psów miło popatrzeć. W pokoju polski akcent - travellist o Gruzji :) Polecam bardzo!

Также из номера был выход на общую большую террасу, где можно отдыхать и наслаждаться видами. Видно что все совсем новое и везде очень чисто. В номере было все необходимое. И завтрак нас очень порадовал, все очень вкусно и мы прям объелись. В общем если в Казбеги то только сюда!

Номер очень чистый, всё продумано, современная мебель, свежий ремонт, бельё чистое. Утром в гостиной нам подала завтрак милая хозяйка Тамари, я довольно привередливый человек, но всё было👌, как я люблю. Хорошая посуда, подача, вкусный, сытный завтрак. Вообщем советую, будем проездом останавливатся в этом уютном доме. Все понравилось

- Гильманова (9/5): Большое спасибо! Вы сделали наш отдых приятным и комфортным! Очень рекомендуем этот отель! - Отличное расположение, чудесный вид из панорамных окон прямо на монастырь. Очень приятная хозяйка - встретила нас в 2 часа ночи, спокойно и терпеливо объясняла по телефону, как их найти. Мы торопились на следующий день уехать пораньше, по нашей просьбе в 8.30 завтрак уже был готов. Завтрак просто великолепный: очень вкусно, по-домашнему, очень красиво сервирован стол с красивой дорогой посудой и скатертью, прямо как для гостей семьи. Номер большой, кровати просто огромные! Бельё чистое и приятное. Есть стол, кресла, тумбы, чайник, чай. Ванная большая, чистая, есть фен, миниатюры косметики, зубные щётки, сантехника работает исправно. Приятно обставлена общая гостиная, есть уютный диван и интересные книги. Я бы добавила к чайнику в номер чашки, пару тарелок, приборы и салфетки - если есть чайник и чай, то было бы прекрасно, чтобы было из чего этот чай пить )))

- Julia (9/5): Nice room with amazing view - Nice and spacious room with breathtaking view. It was clean, parking was easy and close to the hotel, breakfasts were fine. I also used the washing machine with no issues. Beds were really hard - to the point that we woke up with back pain. I would change these mattresses for a bit softer ones. We would also appreciate having a mop in the bathroom, as water stayed on the floor and we couldn’t wipe it.

По соотношению цена-качество, рассположению и отношению хозяев - это самый лучший отель. Оперативно отвечают на вопросы, без проблем предоставляют парковку (рядом), Утром к удобному для вас времени предоставляют свежайший вкусный завтрак (омлет, овощи, сыр, хачапури, масло, джем, хлеб).
- Stefan (9/5): Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gergetikirche - Matratzen waren eher hart, so wie ich es mag. Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Gute Lage um alles wichtige zu Fuss zu erreichen. Vorschlag: Betten im Zimmer so umstellen dass man die Gergeti Dreifaltigkeitskirche aus dem Bett jederzeit sehen kann - sie ist ein Blickfang tags und nachts.

The view from the rooms is amazing, exactly what we wanted and needed- to chill on the terrace with the view of Kazbegi. The family who owns and manages the hotel are very nice and welcoming people. The breakfast was home made, tasty and enough for you to not feel hungry in the morning.
- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - The view of the mountain and Trinity church from the balcony is truly awe inspiring (you would pay 10x this for a similar view in Switzerland)! The room was basic, but clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and filling (bread, cheeses, coffee or tea, cakes, khachapuri, and scrambled eggs), which is a perfect start for your day of hiking. The wifi only worked sporadically.

Nearby there are enough shops and cafes. I would like to separately note the attention to detail in the interior, as well as the presence of a telescope on the common balcony! You can look at the mountains and peaks or the starry sky. Thank you very much for this week, I want to go back there again!

- Elisha (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Old district for 3 nights. We had the three-bed room on the top floor. Plenty of space for two people with a nice kitchen and bathroom. We had really good internet with a modem in the room with no problem (contrary to what other reviews had said). The host is very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was great and freshly cooked for when requested. Strongly recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Kazbegi and explore the region. Lastly, the road conditions to the accomodation were in par with the rest of the town so we managed to easily drive with a sedan. The accomodation also has a really nice view point

You can see both Trinity church and Kazbegi mountain in one frame. Just freaking amazing !!🤩😍The hosts are very nice and they have 2 dogs so cute. Great home made breakfast made by the owner herself. The view from our room was spectacular. The place is close to the center. Oh 🤩 the view is just undescribable. You have to see and be in the moment and become still and in peace like the mountain. No matter how many times you see your eyes you want to stay with that view. For us it felt like our home country Nepal🇳🇵. The surrounding area view is also equally great. Owners are not fluent in English but just speak at a slower pace ,they will understand and make sure your stay will be memorable. Also the owner had their own restaurant in the center called Restaurant Kazbegi, if you want some authentic Georgian cuisine you can check out their restaurant. We tried their food and we really enjoyed it. The lady Host/Owner ( very hard working women) even gave us complementary drinks wine and beer. By the way the owner didn't advertise their restaurant to us but we found the restaurant by chance and there was our host in the restaurant and we were surprised. So they were very humble people. Finally this is not a 4 star or 5 star hotel but Host has made sure you will get all the necessary things you need while you stay like toiletries, slippers, even brush and toothpaste, tea pot and coffee. The only thing there is a fridge in the room but it was not an issue to us because if you need to store some drinks you can use their common fridge in the breakfast lobby downstairs by asking them. All in all it was a great experience in the Old district and we will definitely be here again if we are in Kazbegi. 🙏🏼🇳🇵

If you want amazing views every (clear) morning, then you want to stay here. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The room had a balcony, toiletries, hair dryer, and really spacious bathroom. There was no washing machine as indicated on Booking details, but maybe you could ask the host to use theirs; however, we did not. The breakfast was offered to us at multiple times and we chose 8am. The breakfast was very good and the same each day – but still very tasty. It was a basket of bread, cheeses, coffee or tea, cakes, khachapuri, and scrambled eggs. Our first breakfast, we were not able to eat both slices of khachapuri, so the host let us bag the remainder to take for lunch. I recommend this place if you are in the Kazbegi area. Everything was great!

- Narcis (10/5): Very kind hosts, excellent location, spectacular view - I received a free room upgrade, I stayed on the 3rd floor, a very spacious room with a terrace, hammock and spectacular mountain view. Exemplary cleanliness, elegant and modern design. The breakfast was very good and varied. I also received advice on where to have dinner. I will definitely come back there for the Kazbegi route. I highly recommend it! Thanks to Tamar and his wife for everything!

We checked in relatively late, but the landlord was still very considerate in welcoming us and arranged a room with stunning scenery according to my expectations. I really felt pleasantly surprised! An unexpected joy, thank you to the landlady for making my journey a complete one. Unfortunately, due to my poor English, I cannot express my gratitude directly to the landlady. I hope to return here again next time when I have time, and I sincerely recommend everyone to choose Old district! noting

- Ian (10/5): Outstanding views of Mount Kazbegi, delightful host. - We had a wonderful stay here, for the price everything was perfect. The outstanding feature was however the view from our room....(triple room with mountain view). It's the room on the top right of the hotel photo. The view of Mount Kazbegi was stunning, to wake up in the morning you have a perfect view from your bed.... The room was a good size, very comfortable and it had central heating radiators. The host was excellent, very friendly and she provided a very enjoyable breakfast. It's only a short walk to the centre of town, restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this place, especially if you can book the mountain view room.(Trust me it's worth paying the extra for this rooom).
- Nitzan (10/5): Exceptional - Tamari and Jaba are warm and helping but also giving the space that needed to feel in a relaxed vacation. The room is fantastic with an amazing view and nice hammock in the balcony. I’m strongly recommend, it’s all clean, quiet, fully equipped and the breakfast is good.
- Johanna (9/5): Superb - I travelled with a friend and my 4-year-old daughter, and I booked a separate room for my friend. Our room on the second floor was very clean, with an amazing view of Mount Kazbegi. Wifi worked really well on our floor, but was rather slow upstairs where my friend had his room. The location was very good - you have shops, ATM and restaurants close by. The place was so quiet, and the staff friendly. I also really liked the breakfast. Wifi didn't work as well upstairs as on the second floor.

- Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location, amazing view! Staff is super nice and does fresh breakfast at your desired time. Absolutely recommended! Our room had the water pump nearby. For me as a light sleeper it meant waking up when somebody in the house needed water.

The hotel is excellently located near the center but hiking routes are easily accessed. The breakfast was delicious and everything was immaculately clean. Very friendly and helpful service. Everything was fine.
- Tomáš (9/5): Superb - The room was comfortable and with a beautiful view of the Gergeti Trinity Church as well as Mt. Kazbeg. The hotel is located close to the town centre. Special appreciation goes particularly to the staff, who was very helpful throughout our stay. When we had to skip breakfast due to leaving early for a hike, we were offered day lunch packs. Other day, we were given hot breakfast even as power went down in the entire Stepantsminda. There was a small mishap with our check-in, however the issue was solved quickly and did not impact our stay.
