Amparándose que era temporada alta, cuando no lo era. Y en las condiciones de reserva de Booking no decía nada de eso.

Nos quedamos en una superior doble, muy cómoda la cama, necesitábamos dormir tranquilos, con buena calefacción, muy buen baño, con buena presión de ducha, todo disponible en cuanto a amenities necesarios. Desayuno increíble, lo único agregaría una opción sin lactosa, que en ese caso ambos somos sin lactosa, pero fue increíble desde la recepción, la atención, disposición y amabilidad de todos. Aprovechen estés hotel que abrió hace tan solo dos años, está perfecto y es pequeño pero con una temática y hermoso por dentro. ...

Clean, large room and easily booked. Responsive communication- would definitely recommend. As with all accommodation in El Chalten - a little pricey but would fully recommend this over other due to size and location

El desayuno es tipo buffet y, cuando nos alojamos, había pocos huéspedes, por lo que no tuvimos problemas con la disponibilidad de comida. La chica del desayuno que nos atendía fue muy atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos y los chicos de recepción también nos ayudaron mucho con los temas de tours. En general, una muy buena experiencia. Si tomas los tours a través del hotel y pagas con tarjeta de crédito, te cobran un 19 % adicional por concepto de IVA. Por lo mismo, sugiero contratarlos directamente en el lugar con la misma agencia.

Frukosten var ändamålsenligt och du kan beställa äggröra. Men tänk på att det är ett litet ställe i en avlägsen byggd så sänk dina förutsättningar.

• Arvid (9/5): Leuke locatie met zicht op het water. - Op de bovenverdieping zicht op de kust, er staat nog wel een gebouw tussen maar daar kan je over kijken. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven er voor en na onze w-trek en konden de bagage achterlaten (3us$ per dag). Prima ontbijt

• Sarah (10/5): Very accommodating and convenient - would come back again - We had a great stay at Pristine Patagonia. Vanessa and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We mentioned we would be leaving early in the morning to get to Torres del Paine and they prepared some food early for us. Due to some unforeseen itinerary changes we ended up coming back to Pristine Patagonia for an additional night later in our trip. We were able to store our luggage while we were away hiking which was very convenient. The hotel is also very centrally located in Puerto Natales close to places to eat.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location, comfortable stay - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hard to operate as it had separate cold and hot taps and there was no chair to relax in. The hotel said they had booked me a taxi to collect me at the airport but it wasn't there and they didn't apologise for this which I wasn't very impressed with.

• Anna (7/5): Lovely looking place with lovely staff but needs some tweaks to make it really good - Very stylish and well presented. The staff were lovely and helpful (though sometimes difficult to find). They were very good about laundry and left luggage services, and flexible about check in as the boat was very late. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Breakfast was ok, more choice of cereals and fruit would be good. I didn’t have a view - only of some metal sheds. I think a view, as it’s so near the costanera, would have elevated the stay. As it was it seemed a bit ordinary, considering the price. It was VERY noisy at times; the walls and floors seemed thin; if someone above walked across the room it sounded like thunder, you could hear everything going on in the corridor, and there was often banging and loud noises from the buildings nearby. That said it was often silent and like a ghost town with no one around! The loo flush didn’t work properly. There was nowhere to hang a coat.

• Yan (2/5): Unpleasant experience - It is uncommon for me to give bad reviews, but I would really give a caution to everyone who would like to give this hotel a try Cons: 1. I paid this reservation in full on the booking website. Upon check-in, the staff was asking me to pay extra taxes of 20000+ pesos, which is out of nowhere. The explanation was the hotel is new and the owner didn't set up things properly. I contested and they gave up 2. This hotel charges 3000 pesos per day for storing the luggage, while other hotels generally offer this for free to guests. I was in a hurry the other day and had to accept the charge. 3. The hotel rooms are facing west which means the room gets very hot in the afternoon. I have to leave the window to cool the room down. Since there is no window screen, a lot of flies got into the room. I have to manually kill them which is an awful experience. Others must have done the same as you could find marks on the wall. 4. The room is not quite clean but the toilet is jammed somehow. Pro:the front desk staff is very friendly and tries to help with my needs. Hotel is close to water fromt

• Stuart (4/5): Noisy - Very poor soundproofing. Lost hours of much needed sleep owing to inconsiderate people in room above and staff talking, voices echoing down the hall.

I was booking for share room for 1 night, but the staff help me arrange I am the only person stay in the room. And the towel is so clean even much better than 3 or 4 stars hotels. Comfortable bed and the view from the room is so so so beautiful. I would say 100 great experience.
