- Charlotte (6/5): A good deal, but lots of "buts..." - The house is a great space with all the facilities you could need. The house was warm and the beds were comfortable. A few odd things, like one of the rooms being closed even though when we booked the house, it said we would have full use. Rather than leaving us with two double rooms, they left us with a single and double and while there were three of us, what if we'd have wanted a room each? Also, odd things like even though there were two bathrooms, we only had one roll of toilet paper. In the double room, there was a big towel and a little towel, instead of two big towels. Finally, there was a strange rattling sound which was really loud at night. Not sure if it was the boiler or the pipes, but it kept waking me up.
