Guest Reviews
- Meredith (8/5): - It was clean and beds comfortable. The large complex was very quiet. I didn't think anyone lived here. The lounge was very comfortable, and it was nice to sit outside. I dislike that the 3rd bedroom had a single bed that was extremely high off the ground. I wouldn't put a young child in that bed. Could do with a normal king single bed. I didn't find any coffee, sugar. Yes, tea and a few coffee podes.
- Koko (2/5): - The kitchen was useful, and it was nice to have a view outside from the balcony. The smell of cigarette smoke from nearby residents continues 24/7.
Unless you carefully read every part of the contract, you may still be charged for items that are placed in the room or described as available to use, because the fees are mentioned elsewhere. Later, you may receive unexpectedly high charges, and even after negotiating, they still insist on payment.
It is not worth the price. Although it is located in the city, access to supermarkets and restaurants is inconvenient - there are only a few buses, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. I chose this place because of the good reviews, but the actual service was completely different from what I expected.
- Julie (7/5): - Location
- Cherie (7/5): Great location but really only 2+ bedrooms. - Location was good. Amenities fine. The 'third bedroom' is small and does not accommodate 2 people comfortably as advertised. Overpriced as really only a 2+ bedroom apartment.
- Paulette (7/5): - The location was great. Having to clean the ensuite as the toilet and toilet floor were not clean and no bath matt for the shower.
- Jinghao (10/5): -
- Jiang (8/5): -
- Dan (7/5): - The third bedroom is very small to accommodate 2 single beds and when booking it was not clear that the 2nd single bed was a trundle.
- Lise (9/5): Well pleased. - Excellent location and facilities Typical Australian draughtiness. Hard to get away from that.
- Graeme (7/5): Enjoyed the stay but thought cost was too much for this apartment. - Great location. Quiet area. Very convenient to restaurants etc Was smaller than I imagined. Not sure it would suit 6 people. Glad we only had 4 people for some of the time.
- Sophie (10/5): Perfect pick if you want to be close to the city and have space - Great location, well kept property Nothing
- Allyn (9/5): -
- Christine (9/5): -
- Bagero (9/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - Clean, very well equipped with everything we needed
Good location
- Dianne (9/5): - We found the location excellent. We had a car and parking was easy. Lots of eating places nearby and close to the main part of the city but still quiet. Plenty of kitchen amenities. There was nothing we didn't like
- Vicki (9/5): -
- Sami (7/5): - Location The bed sheets were not really clean, so we had to wash them before sleep.
- Laurina (8/5): Clean comfortable accommodation nice and handy to restaurants and bars - Location was right next door to Coopers Ale House so drinks and good food were handy
- Walker (8/5): -
- Barbara (9/5): Visiting Adelaide for a wedding - Good location-walkable to the city and transport, perfectly clean, nicely decorated, kitchen had plenty of dishes etc, comfortable for a family group of adults. Easy access and good communication. I'd stay again. Lock on the ensuite door needs attention, couldn't get the TV to connect to the Internet to stream.
- Kim (9/5): It was a pleasant stay. Apartment was fully equipped. There was salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, milk… appreciated - The cleanliness
There are 2 bathrooms
The toiletries (they have essential oil ingredient)
Well equipped
The balcony
Free wine A bit small
Roads outside a bit busy
I would prefer a firmer bed
- Debra (7/5): Good -
- Carmel (10/5): Exceptional - Clean,excellent beds,lovely park outside
- Tony (7/5): Good -
- Patricia (10/5): Fab -
- Alan (8/5): As family it was well situated - It was close to city and other locations The price is to high I looked other places which can be less I think $1450 would be reasonable
- Sue (8/5): Very good - We would have preferred crisp cotton sheets rather than the flannelette type sheeting that was in our room. The sheets were too hot for us.
- Donna (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (10/5): A very comfortable and convenient sized apartment with everything you need. - The property was a great size and had everything that I required.
It was lovely and clean and very comfortable.
The little balcony was a nice area to sit and enjoy a cuppa.
I also was very surprised that you couldn’t hear other noise around the apartments.
The security side of it was great and this made you feel very safe. N/A
- Kate (5/5): Passable -
- Sam-baker (9/5): Good spot for a trip to Adelaide - Good amount of space for 6 people Nothing
- Trevor (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (7/5): Well appointed, clean apartment overall but small with only two actual bedrooms - Great communication from the property manager. The apartment was clean and well appointed overall but it was smaller than anticipated based on the photographs. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was nice. Good range and supply of glasses and crockery. The hosts left a very nice complimentary bottle of red wine which we enjoyed thank you. We were disappointed with what was claimed to be the third bedroom and that the apartment could sleep six. The third room was actually a very small portico directly inside the front door with a curtain pulled across it. The single bed was incredibly high off the ground making my colleague nervous about falling out of it while asleep. And it was unrealistic to think the trundler bed underneath it could be utilised effectively as with both the single bed and the trundler pulled out, there would be no floor space left at all. There was no wardrobe or drawers except for a bedside table and lamp in the third bedroom space. The apartment would definitely not be suitable for three couples.
- Petti (9/5): Superb -
- Maree (8/5): Very good -
- Alison (7/5): Good - Property was in a great location clean and tidy. Nice 2 bedroom apartment appropriate for 4 adults.
Walking distance to central Adelaide. This property is advertised as 3 bedroom which is not accurate. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment comfortable for 4 adults not 6. The 3rd bedroom was sold as 2 singles but it was 1 single and 1 trundle in a makeshift room separated by a curtain at the front door. There is not enough room in the lounge area for 6 adults so if the weather isn’t great you’ll have to go to the pub next door.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Shane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Piccolo (10/5): Exceptional - location was well within walking distance of everything. the beds were comftable, the facilities were upto date and well looked after.. the car space provided was in a secure lock up. the rooms were secure and the key fobs to get Into and onto the floor, gave extra security. the secure car park door was in need of a good oiling. other then that wasn't any issues.
- Gutschlag (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ted (8/5): Overall a very positive hotel stay. I will definitely be back! - Hand written welcome note with a complimentary wine was a very nice touch.
Jodie was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Water pressure in shower not so good.
More coffee pods would have been appreciated!
- Thai (10/5): Exceptional -
