- zeynep (2/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, die Aussicht von der Terrasse auch Zu wenig Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Wasser ist nicht warm geworden, terrassenmöbel morsch Schloss der Haustüre zerfallend und nicht schliessbar
- Katrin (7/5): - Es war ruhig in der Wohnung, die Lage ist sehr praktisch, vor allem mit der Fähre.... die Wohnung war geräumig. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, aber nur Wäsche für 2 bekommen. Es war sehr mühsam , eine bezogene dritte Decke zu bekommen. Wir hatte für 3 Personen und drei Tage eine Rolle Klopapier zur Verfügung, was natürlich nicht ausreichte....

- maha (10/5): اعيد التجربة مرا تانيه ارتاكوي جميله جدا - 7/4/2026 مكان جميل ونظيف ومرتب ومنور اضاءة الشمس تدخل تنور المكان وهذا اهم شي واجهت مشكله لمن وصلني الايميل مو واضح فيه رقم الشقه والرقم السري غلط ومالقيت احد اساله الا عامله النظافه كانت كريمه وساعدتنا بالاتصال من جوالها وبسرعه تجاوبو معايا جلست 10دقايق لين عرفت الشقه والرقم السري بس صراحه كويسكمان وقت الدخول والخروج المفروض يكون الخروج 2بس هم حاطين 11:30بس عموما تجربه ممتازه راح اعيدها

- PINAR (3/5): Una bella struttura gestita male, sembra un po' abbandonata - La struttura ha un'ottima posizione e le camere sono belle spaziose come nelle foto. La struttura é molto bella ma purtroppo la gestione ha i problemi. Abbiamo trovato le lenzuole molto stropiccati, lavate da un asciugatrice veloce e non stirate, le cucine avevano le macchie di trucco o sangue o non si sa cosa. Eravamo in 3, il divano non era divano letto, era un divano da 3 persone, abbiamo chiesto le lenzuole ma ci hanno dato un copriletto estivo al posto di lenzuole e un cuscino molto stropiccati. A parte che non si utilizzano i servizi di lavanderia/stiro, tutta la struttura non viene mantenuto. La maniglia della portone era rotta, le carte da parati erano rotte, le prese erano fuori uscite, il termosifone non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto accendere l'aria condizionata per riscaldarci ed é stato poco efficace. Non abbiamo avuto il codice dalla reception, non 'era una reception. Abbiamo incontrato per caso la sig.ra di pulizia e ci ha aiutato lei. Il codice per ingresso e wifi password l'abbiamo avuo piu tardi.

- Jana (3/5): Definitely not again - The accommodation had a beautiful view of the bridge and was only a short distance from the center. The entrance door to the accommodation had been broken open, the elevator wasn't working, our apartment wasn't available at all, and a replacement wasn't ready or cleaned. The windows and doors in the room didn't close properly, and it was just as noisy and cold as outside. The dishwasher didn't work. The bathroom didn't have the toiletries that were advertised. The shower was dirty. The staff did not speak English.

- Cesur (1/5): Unzumutbare hygienische Zustände und erhebliche Mängel in der Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist lediglich aufgrund der bildlichen Darstellung interessant. Wir haben davon leider blenden lassen. Wir haben zunächst für 7 Nächte gebucht. Aufgrund der hygienischen Umstände in der Unterkunft sind wir nach einer Nacht abgereist und haben auf eigene Kosten eine neue Unterkunft gebucht. Eine Reinigung hat gar nicht bis mangelhaft stattgefunden. Überall waren noch Haare der Gäste vor uns. Das Bad hatte bereits Schimmelflecken. Am schlimmsten fanden wir die Silberfischchen, die es dort in fast jedem Zimmer gab. Insgesamt unzumutbare Zustände für einen Urlaub. Trotz Meldung an den Betreiber und Booking.com wurden die Mängel nicht beseitigt, Rückmeldung haben wir von Booking.com bis heute nicht erhalten. Der Betreiber der Unterkunft blendet seine Gäste mit den ins Netze gestellten Bildern. Diese sind jedoch völlig an der Realität vorbei. Es gibt keine Reinigung, es ist nur jemand vor Ort, der Beschwerden möglichst blocken soll anstatt die Mängel zu beseitigen. Fast alle Zimmer haben entgegen der Beschreibung keine Aussicht, die vom Betreiber selbst auf der Booking.com Seite am 12.07.2024 für ALLE Zimmer bestätigt worden ist. Wir waren in Zimmer 9 und haben zur Straßenseite geschaut. Passt daher bitte auf und lasst euch nicht blenden von den Bildern und Bewertungen auf Booking.com.

- Mahbub (10/5): Nice stay with comfort and aesthetic - Overall quality of the apartment Not dislikes anything but I have an observation from health and safety point of view. At the end of the bed on the leg ends there are two uncovered heads of the bolts, which may hits the legs/knee. It might be an improvement initiative.

- awasif (9/5): كانت إقامة جميلة والمكان إستثنائي - الموقع جدا جميل في منطقة أورتاكوي بالقرب من البحر والبوسفور ومسجد مجيدية الشهير مشي بالأقدام أقل من 5 دقائق وبالقرب من المحلات والكافيهات ومحطة التكاسي والباصات الشقة جميلة مثل الصور والموظف متعاون سأعيد التجربة بالتأكيد ممر الدخول جدا ضيق ويوجد منحدر للوصول للشقة، كذلك حصل سوء فهم بخصوص الحجز لاني اخترت خيار تسجيل المغادرة المتأخر ودفعت مبلغ إضافي ولكن صاحب الشقة قال لم يصله أي مبلغ إضافي عبر بوكينج وطلب منا تسليم المفاتيح ولكن بعد التوضيح تفهم الأمر وسمح لنا بمغادرة متأخرة

As well, connecting with the pro - Location is great The floors in the unit did not look clean and the elevator was not working when we got there. Thankfully someone was there to help take our luggage’s up to the top floor. Elevator was fixed the day after.
