• Alice (10/5): Beautiful & relaxing stay - We had a fabulous time at Villa Vaalea! The space is nicely decorated and very clean, with everything you need for a few nights away. The welcome was friendly and the location is perfect if you want to stay in Rovaniemi without being in the city centre. We loved how peaceful it was, plus the sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day out. We would certainly recommend and hope to visit again some day :)

• Adrienne (9/5): A beautiful property, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, with everything you need. - We loved everything about our stay at the Villa Vaalea. The interior is so intelligently and beautifully designed and absolutely spotless. The view from the back of the house, onto rows of majestic, snow-covered pine trees, was a fabulous way to start our weeklong vacation in Finland. The only downside was that I wasn't prepared for how far out of town the property is located--you need a car to get around or to call a taxi (which is very easy to do--they arrive in minutes). Then again, I didn't read up on the property before arrival, so my bad. Otherwise, an absolutely wonderful stay.

Die Wohnung selbst ist ein absoluter Traum – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die eigene Sauna und den privaten Jacuzzi – purer Luxus! Nach einem Tag in der wunderschönen Umgebung dort zu entspannen, war einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und idyllisch, perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen. Gleichzeitig ist alles gut erreichbar – eine ideale Kombination aus Rückzug und Komfort. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Gastgeber: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wertgeschätzt. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Für uns war es eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir je gebucht haben – absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! 💛
• Claudiu (10/5): - We truly had a wonderful experience. The view was absolutely fabulous and the villa itself was clean and cozy, which made us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi at the end of each day.

• Arne (10/5): We had an amazing stay of 5 nights at Villa Vaalea. The apartment is very nice, the location is just outside rovaniemi, - Very beautiful apartment, with all the facilities you could possibly need. The bed is very good and the view out of the window is amazing!

• Zsolt (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy comfortable modern log cabin in a newly developed residential area. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped including the kitchen. Worth to have a rented car discovering Lapland from this accommodation.

• Stephanie (7/5): Good - The house was awesome and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy, and thank goodness for the washing machine! The host was welcoming and shared some great taxi information. Heads up: It is a shared sauna which is fine (except for the when the other guests leave their stuff everywhere). Balcony light was in the house next to us. Now, normally, it's not a big deal, except the balcony lights are right next to the bed, and the blinds don't fully block it out. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.
