• Andrew (4/5): Sold as top end property, in reality nice looking furniture but that’s about it. Noisy location and broken items everywh - I booked the property because it looked high end and we had stayed similar last year. The property was below street level at the side of a busy main road. There was constant noise in the master bedroom from internal soil pipes and water pipes when being used by other properties. The property, all though high end, had chipped plates, dirty cutlery and cheap appliances, and cookware. The kettle and toaster looked like £10 Argos specials, the toaster actually sparked when I tried to use it. Last year we paid similar money and the toaster, kettle etc were SMEG and all crockery and cookware Le Crueset - none of them were damaged. Paying £550 per night I wound expect better quality. We wonder why one table light was lower than the other, it was broken. The pillows were just awful, a thing long shape one shorter and harder, not slept well all week. There were no robes or slippers to get to the spa. The spa was the reason I booked this over the same property as last year, really wish I hadn’t. Ice cold pool, steam room with no steam and badly completed repair with tiles hanging off.

• Germán (9/5): CASA MUY ACONDICIONADA, CÓMODAS Y MUY ESPACIOSA PARA 7 - Todos los sofás y demás sillones que tenía el comerdor para estar todos cómodos Que solo dejaron para fregar un pequeño bote tipo gel de hotel que se gastó en un día. Solo habían dos bolsas de basura y no había ni un producto de limpieza en caso de vomito o caída de alimentos al suelo . Son detalles que en este tipo de alojamientos tan caros debes de cubrir .

• Ralf (9/5): - Sehr geschmackvolle, moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung. Jeglicher Komfort vorhanden und auch in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst.
• Sílvia (10/5): - L'apartament és espectacular, ampli i amb totes les comoditats. A la cuina no hi falta de res. Té pàrquing propi, accés a gimnàs i a un petit spa. Ens ha costat trobar l'oficina on es recullen les claus.
• Oshrit (9/5): Overall the apartment is new fully equipped in a complex with a pool\sauna very close to the slopes - Great big apartment for a family of 5 (can accommodate 6 perfectly & 8 if 2 people plan to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room). Pool area & wet\dry sauna are very welcomed after a long day of skiing. All the appliances are new including washer & dryer which are very welcomed for a week long ski vacation. Received in advanced directions where the keys will be on arrival & they were there when we arrive late at night 2AM. Under ground parking with a big space for a big car & big ski locker with heated\drying boot rack is a great bonus. The hosts are a company which manages several apartments in the area & their reception is not in the same building as the apartment. Also they seem to not real know this property well, they didn't know the code to the ski room or the code to enter the complex from the lobby. only when asked other guests in the complex that rented from a different host did we get the information.
• Beatriz (10/5): Perfect for ski vacations - The apartment exceeded our expectations! Is was very big and spacious, with modern and cosy decoration. It had everything we needed. The greatest advantage is how close it is to the ski lift, you only have to walk a couple meters. It also has a ski locker and access to a spa (with a pool, sauna and bath) and a small gym. We were also very close to L’Abarset, which is one of the best places for apré-ski in Grandvalira. El Tarter is beautiful and you can easily visit the other sectors or Andorra la Vella.
