• Paul (8/5): Very relaxed stay in a clean and spacious apartment just lacked a personal touch from the owners to check how we were se - The view, location, spacious and 2 bathrooms Lack of information as to where things were in the apartment eg spare linen, we found a lift was available after we’d taken our luggage up a lot of stairs. Only 1 tea towel despite being there nearly a month. No dishwasher

• Budgen (9/5): Lovely apartment, beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We love Joiosa but next time we will stay nearer to the town. - It was so modern and clean. We had two bedrooms and a bathroom each which we like.? We didn’t realise it was so far from any shops. We had to to into La Villa Joiosa to the spar. That’s not so good when you’re self catering.

• Sara (5/5): - Tenía una playa muy cerca Lo primero, la plaga de cucarachas que había en la cocina. Lo segundo, que tuvimos que estar en el apartamento toda una mañana porque venían unos operarios a realizar trabajos de fontanería en el edificio (sin previo aviso). Y lo tercero, me han reclamado 70 euros de una alfombra que, presuntamente, ha orinado mi perro, siendo totalmente mentira y sin tener pruebas de ello. Bastante bordes, la verdad.. No lo recomiendo
• Tracey (9/5): Great stay - Great location and views across the port. Fantastic Italian, La Libertina, restaurant below apartment. Door app didn't work but had a key so not a problem. Had to keep the shutters closed as patio doors and front window didn't lock.
• Amanda (10/5): Superb! - It was superb. The location, view, proximity to the bars and restaurants and Villajoyosa centre. The apartment exceeded expectations, lovely decor, and was far bigger than expected. Thank you for a great stay.

• Penny (9/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautifully clean and spacious apartment with a lovely view. Smelt lovely as you walk in and excellent decor No dishwasher which was a shame as there is room to put one in and is expected for the price. Beach towels would have been a nice touch. Also no tea towels to dry up with. Fans in bathrooms didn't work so got steamed up after showers and patio doors didn't lock.

• Andy (8/5): Was absolutely fine. No problem at all. - Unfortunately there were some mixed up messages which lead to us being locked outside not knowing what to do. Luckily a local person spoke on the phone to the host. This was not the host's fault however. I would suggest keeping all messages within the booking.com messaging system. Whatsapp and emails etc can get lost.
• Joep (9/5): Great little getaway - Very large, clean apartment with a nice view of the harbour. Mostly quiet and lovely to walk along the beach front. Very good contact with the agent Alexandra Noticeable sewer smell when entering which was worse when you put air-conditioning on. Doors to balcony wouldn't lock and mattress needs replacing soon.
