- Guest (1/5): Bad - Staff no heating toilet backed up all over the carpet & no real answers from the staff so had to leave a day early pay for more accommodation elsewhere & still no refund
- Simon (1/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): -
- David (8/5): Ok - Close too beach Heating wasn’t on
- John (7/5): - Sure had atmosphere and enjoyed the room and sea vuew Little bit too noisy for me in the bar with the loud continuous music but there were many more positives than negatives.
- Norma (5/5): Was adequate for one night but woukdnt like to have stayed any longer than that. - The staff were pleasant. The room was cold - radiators were not working, and it got very chilly in the evening/morning. The bed frame was very creaky/noisy - every time one of us moved. Might be time to invest in a new bed.
- Kristine (1/5): - Skip Room of size of shoe box
Don't belive what you see online
Room was stinky
Bedding looks like been used for 10 years and with stains
Spend there 5 min while looked and booked another accommodation.
Waste of money
- Jane (10/5): In all had nice break and hotel was rite where we wanted it with sea view - Property was clean & friendly and had a good laugh too , Won’t say didn’t like it , just had no hot water and rads didn’t work in room but didn’t complain as used kettle water in sink to wash as had a shower
- Grace (6/5): - Room was big with great location by seafront. Good to have a side enterence to accommodation.
Great big bathroom. Good shampoos and shower gel supplied. Good tv. The enterence Hall and Stairs Carpet was very dirty and unkempt. Radiator in room and bathroom did not work so room was quiet cold. No teaspoon on tea making tray.
- Martin (10/5): -
- Shane (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Brekfast not included. The surprise left down the toilet on arrival💩
- Emma (10/5): -
- Ian (9/5): Competitively priced great location - Great location friendly staff
- Kevin (3/5): -
- Danielle (10/5): We spent one night only but wish we could hsve stayed for longer on a proper holiday so might go back - It is close to restaurants, coffee shops and train station and church. We went to a funeral so it was ideal. It is close to the beach yet quiet and was a safe place.
The room was very clean and comfortable The many stairs. Quite steep small steps to go up to the bedroom

- Eleanor (1/5): - Couldn't check in as they had double booked our accommodation tried to blame booking.com claiming they had cancelled our reservation on the 14th August. Booking.com unaware of this. Property not honouring a request to return the money they have had for an unfulfilled reservation avoid this property. Multiple people were left without accommodation over bank holiday weekend and had to find alternative arrangements.

- Grace (9/5): Perfect place for being in the middle of all the best bits of Great Yarmouth, loved the entertainment throughout our sta - Everything, was perfect for us! No parking
- Jade (10/5): - It’s a great spot, the staff were very welcoming! Will definitely be Staying there again.

- susan (8/5): - Great location value for money The bed in room 7 was horrendously uncomfortable
- laineyjax (7/5): Lovely location and views - Huge room with sea view It's dated, it smells a bit damp, carpets very worn, no glasses but got some when asked and bath mat for floor so had to use a towel. Music was loud on first day and night. But OK for a couple of nights for the price
- Guest (5/5): All in all was good 👍 - It was in the pub it was friendly the music was good
- Sami (1/5): The worst hotel I've seen - Nothing Although I've a booking for three nights through booking.com, the front desk informed me ridiculously they have no available room and advised me to ask booking.com to refund me.
I believe it is a vague hotel and advise to one to book on it.
- Dann (9/5): Great place, friendly staff - Very nice room. Very friendly, helpful staff Liked everything
- claire (1/5): - Location Unclean ,
Macirator toilet when you flush you can smell the last person's business .
Loud , bed very uncomfortable. Floor was filthy , entrance and all the stairs are stained and dirty . Kettle was vile
- Dennis (1/5): When we arrived with our disabled nephew we were told that there was an overbooking by booking.com and that they had can - Nothing. The attitude and behaviour.
- Anonymous (3/5): noisy, unclean and not what we expected. - the staff were lovely and very welcoming Where do i start, we checked the reviews before booking and the pictures made the facility look nice, white linen bedding, decent size shower, accessibility, but when we checked in, the floors were still dirty and needed a hoover, there was towels and shower gel left on the bed - when we entered the bathroom, we was met with a sewage smell, that stayed the entire holiday. and there was no tissue left in any of the rooms. The stairs in the corridor were old and peeling, both lights in the corridor was also flicking the entire time.
the location was great - right on the seafront with pleasure beach one side, and arcades the other way. the one thing that was really off putting was that we did not see any reviews about how loud the pub music was downstairs during the night time - between 6pm-1am the music was so loud the floors vibrated and made it near impossible to sleep until after this time. i feel like the place needs a refurb in order to be more family friendly - but the one thing we cannot fault was the staff, with how busy the pub was, they still put in 100% to make our stay as welcome as possible. would not likely return
- Clare (8/5): Perfect stay.thank you - Perfect location Nothing
- Keating (10/5): Thank you - Close to the seafront N/A
- Steve (1/5): As above - Booked with booking.com when we arrived there was no rooms available
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alec (6/5): This place worth a visited - The place was ok for 2 night. The entertainment was good Elvis left the buildings but. The DJ was good but. Need to try to use the slider for mixing the music. Wound be nice then going quiet then music stop. Need. To fade the music in. But it was it is end of the day but the good thing good music choice. Forgot to mention food was lovely thank you The only one thing the DJ needs to fade the music. And use the slider that if using a mixer or not. But nice choice of music.

- Beata (1/5): Not recommended! - We were asked to wait 10min at the time to check in. After that we were taken to our room. We found everywhere wet floors. Bed sheets wasn’t changed, smells sweat and have lots of hairs on it.
We given back the key and decided not to stay. Absolutely anything!
- Sef (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (8/5): entertaining evening - staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Brilliant sea front veiw from our room window .com had over booked them so our room was gotten ready in a hurry. Staff did their best in the time they were given. Dont go to bed early at the weekend...its a pub with entertainment which was fine for us.

- S (1/5): I'm speechless as hotel owners appears unprofessional - Nothing. Unfortunately, the hotel was overbooked, and the owners said I couldn't stay. They were not honest owners, telling untrue stories. Please be aware! Although my first stay was very good. Booking.com is contacting them, but they do not answer any calls. everything
- Mateusz (5/5): Passable -
- Shan (6/5): Short stop off overnight it was a budget hotel and worth the money with a bit more attention to cle - Good location for the sea front and attractions.
The room was a decent size and the bed clean and comfortable we also had a sea view.
The staff were friendly and the pub downstairs was welcoming with live entertainment. The cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Someone had used the toilet, it had not been flushed and was dirty although a toilet brush was available. The toilet roll had not been replaced and only a small amount on the roll. I asked staff to leave a new one outside our room as we went out and told them the toilet was left dirty. Staff said they had just had a delivery so would leave one. When we returned to our room later we had to use tissues as no toilet roll provided.
The cups had some water in the bottom maybe from being rinsed out and water left in the kettle. Just a minor thing but it could have been left in there standing for days so needs emptying after each guest.
We also did not have heating and it was a little chilly. We turned up the radiator thinking it would be on a timer but none all night
- Rachel (8/5): Very good - Location was great, very clean and nicely decorated Bed seemed like a small double,so was a little small for me and the Husband.

- Barrie (9/5): Superb -
- Martin (5/5): Passable -
- Chloee (6/5): Value for money - Staff were friendly, in a good location and room was clean Bed was a small double, heating comes on at certain times, first night we ended up going to sleep in our hoodies and waking up at midnight sweating where the heating had come on.
Second night they had live music where the vibrations travelled up the walls, keeping us awake until 2am. Then 10 mins later the fire alarms went off 3 times. Unfortunately, i was having a really bad week with sleep / health and was just looking forward to a good sleep. Ended up leaving a day early as i was just feeling exhausted. However, it was a cheap room, therefore, you expect less.
- Donna (10/5): Amazing ❤️ - Property is well maintained, rooms spotless and comfy, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was also nice. Ideal location everything in walking distance. Pub regularly have live entertainment on which was fab. We will be back Nothing not to like.

- Dorothe (7/5): Helpful host, nice sea view room, clean bathroom. - Flexible and helpful host, sea view, wooden window, wooden furniture, clean bathroom. Linen polyester, towels looked like they had not been washed and were very fluffy. Mattress in the the room 7 is overused. I couldn't sleep and felt the springs.
- Kiala (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (8/5): Great fun in a good location - Clean comfortable and convenient What’s not to like?
- Andy (10/5): Defo worth a visit - Great traditional family pub. Lots to do for 6 year old & myself. Very friendly staff, location on beach front next to several amusement arcades. Pub had limited food as out of season but various food outlets within 2 minute walk. Rooms are slightly away from main bar so not noisy. Rooms modern and recently renovated. Great inexpensive night out. The weather!
- Claire (7/5): Nice but freezing - Easy location to walk to places, plenty of places to park as off peak and no charge. The room was freezing. Given that we contacted amd gave a time of arrival and ended up arriving an hour or so after that arrival time the room was freezing. No heating on,, nothing. You could see your breath. We went to tell them. We went down again almost an hour later after watching tv in bed to keep warm but still nothing then decided to go for food in town as they assured us it would be turned on after the 2nd time of asking! When we arrived back after food the room was warm but we where out for approx 2 hours.
- Joanne (8/5): Very good - Had a lovely room on the sea front, staff was lovey had a great night in the pub too with there entertainment was nice and clean perfect for me Everything was great no problem at all
- Sarah (10/5): stay over night - was only for night no food so can’t rate it really but room was clean and lovely when i arrive there was no one there it was on darkness but then someone turn up
- Robert (7/5): Good - Close to where I needed to be Karaoke on Saturday nights till 0100am

- Deborah (8/5): Very good - It was clean with an amazing view. Staff were great and very obliging. The shower wasn't very big. Didn't have a lot of room to turn around. The sink was blocked. Took ages for the water to go down. Could have had a bigger tv . The room was a little small for two people
- Carl (6/5): Nice value property with excellent staff , definitely worth a visit - The staff were excellent , very helpful and actually cared about me as a guest
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (9/5): Excellent - Bed was extremely comfortable. We only stayed the one night and were out at a ghost event till 2am. But room was lovely and clean. Views lovely. Couldn't figure out heating in the room so was a bit cold.

- Jason (10/5): Great place to stay - Lovely rooms Location
- Kerry (5/5): Passable - We didn't get breakfast. And we didn't know the windows wasn't soundproof as the music got louder and louder as it went on till gone 12am Soundproof windows
- Catherine (9/5): Great Yarmouth was excellent. So much to do. - Lovely room. Great sea front view. Loud music until early hours of the morning.
- Jessica (10/5): Brilliant - Really enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff were lovely and friendly. Perfect location and great atmosphere throughout the stay. Highly recommend Nothing to complain about at all
- Darren (8/5): Excellent. Hotel needs a morning breakfast chef as ad to go out for our breakfast - We will stay again in room 5 . We stayed in room 6 this time and I think it be better for a family but didn't mind room 6 . Clean All of our stay .
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff, Clean room, good entertainment. Great location
Booked for a night away with my husband, it was everything we needed for a place to sleep
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Nice clean room and comfortable bed Noise was a bit of a nuisance and staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about check in and out process or helpful things about parking information in the area
- Louise (8/5): Great location & atmosphere - Great location. Was above the bar which had entertainment on. Good food. Friendly staff. We stayed on a Saturday night. Entertainment on till 2/3.00 am. Even with the window closed it was extremely noisy.
Check out is 10.00 am, which is OK, but the bar is closed at this time, so there is nowhere to leave the keys. Rang the phone number, but there was no answer. So left the keys I'm a bowl at the bottom of the stairs!!
