• Angélique (7/5): - La localisation est vraiment centrale, proche de tout, facile d’accès à pied, pas loin de la gare terrestre quand on arrive en bus, Le personnel très sympa, et on est arrivés très tôt en bus et on a pu avoir une chambre ce qui était très apprécié car on était super fatigués Chambre plutôt petite avec nos 2 gros sacs de voyage mais pour quelques jours c’est pas très grave Quand même assez bruyant, on entend la musique de dehors mais aussi ce qui se passe dans le couloir Ou prendre des bouchons d’oreille ça peut aider

• ILIANA32 (1/5): Muy mal - Lo único bueno fue la ubicación No me gusto, hice la reserva y cuando llegue resulta que no tenían disponible la habitación que reserve, me estaban dando una diferente y definitivamente no la recibí. De ahí mi calificación, falta de seriedad del hotel

• Vera Ortiz (1/5): Deswpcionada, - Nada porque nos cancelaron la reserva a última hora, mi familia y yo tuvimos que andar de un lado a otro buscando donde quedarnos en pleno feriado, cuando la reserva la hice con una semana de anticipación Que el personal con el que me contacte 2 horas y media antes de la llegada, por mensajes de WhatsApp medio de audios me contesta confirmando me que llegue que hay nos hubican en la habitación, y al llegar me dice que ya no tiene porqué la alquilo a otras personas, dándome opciones de hospedarme en otras habitación con menos cama y al mismo costo

• Guilbert (2/5): Si vous voulez vous coucher tôt et bien dormir ce n’est pas dans cet établissement qu’il faut reserv - L’emplacement en plein centre tout à pieds à côté. Le personnel nous a gentiment gardé nos sacs toute la journée du lendemain. Gros problème d’insonorisation nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dehors comme si on y était et notamment la musique dans les boites de nuit. Le pire dans tout ça, la sonnette de l’accueil qui résonne dans la chambre comme si l’on sonnait à notre porte et ce toute la nuit! Un enfer

• Raquel (6/5): Great location but a lot of noise - Location is great, right in the center of Baños and with esy access to the main bus terminal. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and when I reported that something wasn't working in my room they were very quick to offer an alternative solution. The property is located right in the center of the action, with many bars with loud music until late in the evening (I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday). All this noise can be heard from the room, as there is no sound insulation. Additionally, I found this place a bit overpriced, compared to other hotels where I stayed in Ecuador.
• Abbie (1/5): Dirty bedding with hairs, cockroaches, and noisy guests - 1. I woke up in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling up my leg. 2. The desk is not 24/7 and there is hardly ever anyone there. I would not recommend leaving your things there. 3. Noisy guests until 3am, and no receptionist to support with getting them to quieten down for other guests. 4. Cold showers. 5. Black hairs in the bed - the bedding had not been cleaned and when I challenged the receptionist on this he said he ‘personally oversaw the cleaning and it took a long time’. Me and my partner are both blonde. I showed him the evidence and it was at this point the hotel receptionist agreed to refund for our remaining two nights so we could go elsewhere. No apology or additional compensation for the first terrible night. I have been travelling for 8 months and have never left a hostel early, even ones which are a complete dive. But this one was on a whole new level!
• Roman (4/5): Wouldnt stay there again - The bed was clean and the hostal is located in the center. The bathroom was disgusting. The bathroom and the shower were so moldy. They use a cleaner in the bathroom that smells very bad. The noise from the street is very loud and with their curtains it was very bright in the room.
