Daryl (7/5): Convenient location but needs work for me to want to revisit. - Location was great very close to major attractions. Big beds. Great balcony with view. Fast elevator. Check in process was cumbersome and confusing. So many steps to get the key and then when we ultimately got the key, the door lock was very hard to open. Owner should consider changing the locks as they were not easy to use. Also the check in ipad didnt work nor was the remote for the main tv functioning. Owner should consider using smart TV to access streaming services, rather than analog channels in Japanese. Very strict check in and check out times. No place to store luggage. Everything else was just fine.
Rubina (8/5): Overall, great location and reasonable price. However, not truly as comfortable or practical a stay as desired for a fam - The location is wonderful and the apartment is clean and quiet. It has a very small living space so was a bit challenging with 3 kids and luggage. Bathroom is also very small. The sofa is included as a “bed” but wish that more bedding (like a mattress topper) were provided to make it more comfortable to use as a true bed. The 2 beds are also very close and no real nightstands available if needed. Also, the check-in process to obtain room key is fairly complicated and no staff are on premises to help with it. Also, it isn’t possible to store luggage so please be aware of this fact. We had to take a cab to the nearest storage facility to store luggage (unless you want to pre-arrange luggage transfer this is the only true option).

Lynne (8/5): Convenient location with washer/dryer combo. - It’s convenient location and they had a big fridge to keep drinks and leftovers as well as a microwave and stove😬 the best thing was having a laundry/dryer combo to wash through out our stay. Could have been better cleaned. There was a lot of dusty areas, which looked like it had been a while since it was wiped/ swept.

Roma (8/5): Would recommend if wanting to stay in central shibuya at a reasonable price - Great location, good amount of space - family of 5 with 5 suitcases and fit everything well No staff on premise although was relatively easy checkin/check out process
