- Lindelani (1/5): Scam - Nothing at all I recommended that no one’ books here cos they are a scam The reception was not nice and told me the room is not working and didn’t wanna offer me anything and told me to call the agent but he was offline and they said they can’t help me

- Matanda (1/5): I got scammed - Nothing I tried to get ahold of the host so many times and the number only rang once then went to voicemail after that, I got no responses on the message inbox and then all of a sudden I saw my booking cancelled
- Lwandile (1/5): Bad experience - I could not check in because security guards told me they dont have the particular room which i was suppose to be in therefore i went back home without checking in and i tried calling the person who was suppose to let the guards know that im at the reception by the name of Tina she didnt bother to pick up the phone then tried calling many times and she did not pick up and then switched off her phone Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional!
- Angelica (1/5): Bad - I went to the booking and when I got there, the security told me that no one leaves at the rented place and that hey haven't had anyone renting or putting it out on booking.com and that we weren't the first people to get scammed. I would like a refund somehow cause we called and called and texted and the person didn't answer their phone.
- Kelepile (1/5): The host is a scam, he/she doesnt communicate with customer. I got robbed, literally no one called. - The jost did you not answer the phone and send any communication, I got lost and ended not going to the place. I asked for a refund on the app and they declined. Everything
- Maduna (1/5): Bad - Scam. Booked online, when I got there I was told by the security that the apartment does not belong to anyone and that the owner of the place moved out. Wasn’t refunded. Had to leave and find another place
