There were toiletries, washing up liquid, dish sponge, dish cloth and tea towel. The kitchen also had milk, tea, coffee and sugar. There was also salt etc there too. We will return and I’ve recommended the apartment to family and friends. Great location to Nekbourne Hall and lovely cafes and pubs local. N/A
• Hayley (10/5): Great stay - Clean, warm and welcoming. Everything we could have needed was there and the property is in a brilliant location plus we managed to get on street parking which was free. Nothing 😁
• Lesley (8/5): - The apartment was spotlessly clean, great central location & very comfy bed. Great to have basic essentials provided. Parking can be an issue also heating wasn't working, but as we weren't actually in the apartment much & it wasn't cold it wasn't an problem.
• Dan (10/5): Cosy and comfortable - This was really excellent. Perfect size for two people. Clean and really nicely finished - host clearly cares about the details and it shows. Comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay again. Front door is a little stiff to close/lock. Parking is a faff but that can't really be helped in a place without dedicated parking.

• Claire (8/5): Clean and comfortable stay in a modern apartment. Well-placed for Donington Park. - Very clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was very well-equipped and modern and well-stocked with tea, coffee and milk. Location was perfect for Donington Park. Communication was very good from the hosts. Very good facilities overall. Close to all local amenities. Very loud router. On-street parking was an issue with limited or no spaces. There's a paid carpark across the road (maybe a deal could be struck here between the hosts and the carpark owners for a temporary permit to park in the carpark whilst staying in the apartment). The street itself was quite loud at times due to traffic and noise from the pub across the road, so maybe not ideal if you're a light sleeper. TV kept losing its connection (not sure if this was the router or the TV signal) which wasn't ideal, especially when trying to watch the Wimbledon final, but we just went to the pub to watch it instead!

Highly recommended if you want to be in the centre of Melbourne. Although it didn’t particularly negatively impact our stay, the EE internet box became noisy. Perhaps it was due to the heat.

• Jane (9/5): Four day getaway - The flat was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the added bonus of cooking basics and tea, coffee jams, etc. was lovely. The walk-in shower was great. Communication with the owner was very good. The central location made it easy to walk to all the shops, pubs, and cafes. Melbourne is a very pretty, bustling small town with a village feel. There is so much to see and do in the local area. It satisfied my petrol head husband and my nature loving self. It was very noisy. The flat has single glazed sash windows that had to be kept open because of the heat! Traffic noise and being opposite a popular pub made it noisy and interrupted our sleep. The flat was hot and would have benefitted from a standard fan. More storage in the bedroom would be good, especially for longer stays.

Bit noisy dew to location to Airport and junction. Not double glazed. Could use instructions for heating. And what’s in the town. Great pub and food at Harpors pub. And the bakers was very good. I would definitely stop again.

Great decor, modern, clean and comfortable.great bed. Being in the middle of Melbourne was a perfect location, amazing places to eat out. Beautiful walks in the area too. Melbourne Hall is worth a visit, great view at the mill pond. Icing on the cake we actually spoke to Johnny Vegas on his field of dreams, which was our inspiration to visit this stunning village National trust Calle Abbey a short drive away too. Incredible place to visit as well.
