• Adrian (7/5): Great apartment but takes a bit of effort to find. - Location was great. Actual apartment was a little hard to find because it's tucked into a corner. We were meant to have a parking spot (I booked this accomodation specifically because it was listed as providing parking) but our lot was occupied when we got there. I'm not sure if there are simply fewer lots than apartments but this was an unpleasant surprise and could have been better managed.
• Melanie-Jane (10/5): Great place for a short stay - Great location just off the main road but very quiet. Allocated parking place right outside. Easy key collection from the lockbox outside. Apartment was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing. My friend had the bedroom, its a very large room with wall mounted tv and en suite shower room. She said the bed was very comfortable. I had the sofa bed in the living room - it was easy to pull out and had been made up - it was very comfortable. There is a washroom just off the sitting room, handy if four people staying. The whole place had colour mood lighting which was novel for us. We didnt use any kitchen facilities other than the kettle so can’t comment on them. Nothing - was all very good!

• ARVIND (8/5): All good except for finding the correct apartment. - Not so easy to open the lockbox Could not find the apartment especially at night. We were trying to open the wrong apartment at first.
• Michelle (7/5): Very happy with our choice. Totally recommend - It was in the centre, beautiful and modern, clean and tidy. Would recommend, Bed and sofa wasn’t very comfortable, but it’s just what we are used to.
• Nigel (6/5): Very comfortable stay apart from hard bed mattress. Facilities were very good and a quiet location - No Breakfast included. Late check in time and late contact re entry code. Had to contact owner as details not sent by time period specified.

• LINDA (8/5): - Excellent location. The apartment was spotless. When we arrived in Windermere the address and post code was not where the apartment was, we had to phone the host to get more information regarding the location of the apartment. Having waited 15 mins for the host to return our call, I had to eventually email them to confirm the exact location and post code. I think if this information was provided when confirming booking it would save a bit of time. Having said that, I would most definitely recommend the apartment, the issues I have outlined would not prevent me staying at these apartments again.
• Danielle (6/5): Great location, not ideal for a family. - Location, layout of apartment, private parking. Bed was hard, radiators in bedroom and living room not allowing temperature higher than 5C , Kitchen area quite dark. No key code information until 16.10. Tv in bedroom not ideal place, as bedroom door could hit the tv.

Key safe is located on the right-hand side by the patio doors. Entry through the patio doors. Other than that a delightful stay. Thank you.

• Melanie (7/5): Nice for the price but probably wouldn’t stay again in winter as was cold. - Great location Clean Good pricing Lovely kitchen and bathroom Parking Electric heaters which unfortunately don’t keep it warm enough. Was very cold on arrival but did soon warm up but very cold again when waking. Took our ten year old son and was going to use the sofa bed for him to sleep however no duvet could be found. This was 10pm at night so didn’t want to ring the host again so he had to sleep with us and 3 in a bed wasn’t very comfy. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable

• Prashanth (3/5): Uncomfortable apartment and unprofessional service - Location The living room advertises a sofa bed. However the living room has no curtains or blinds making it impossible to sleep. When we asked tor curtains or blinds installed they asked us to use a spare sheet as a blind for now. Unbelievable response and shows the calibre of the property.

• Lucy (7/5): Lovely apartment in central location, beds need replacing - Great location, modern, well equipped and clean. Sorry but the beds were so uncomfortable. Main bedroom bed very very hard and the sofa bed made noise every time you moved slightly ! Key code sent at 4pm on booking.com it says sent 1-3pm on day of arrival (this is wrong info) . Booking.com also says no parking but when we arrived noticed there is allocated slot for the apt if we’d have known this would have saved 3/4 hr driving round looking for car park space.

Beds are comfy, you have most of the appliances you'd need on your stay ( fulll equipped kitchen, refrigerator, ironing etc) and the local grocery stores are at a walking distance. The shower area can use a shower curtain or another glass partition so water doesn't spill on the floor. But a minor inconvenience

Fabulous location with all restaurants and the lake just a short walk away. 1.Very slippy shower tray. 2.Advise non slip treads on steps.A lot of rain during our visit making the steps slippy.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We had a fantastic sleep due to the bed being incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home from home.

The sofa bed is very comfortable. More supplies could have been provided. For example, only one dishwasher tablet for a two-night stay. Tissues were not provided, only one toilet roll.

• Davoud (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in a very beautiful and secluded place. This house can be the best choice for a vacation break. The only problem was the right place to park the car. Because I had to park the car a few streets up after exploring, however, my family and I were very happy that we chose this house to stay. Shopping and sightseeing centers are very close. We liked everything.

• Ciara (10/5): Fab family stay - Location is perfect, apartment is gorgeous, modern and clean and very comfortable. I was very impressed that they had a travel cot up and ready for us. The apartment upstairs can be noisy but probably wouldn't be as noticeable if you didn't have a baby

It was clean, tidy and comfortable also :) We did have a slight issue where we couldn’t get the shower to work initially but the host did respond quickly! I would suggest maybe advising guests that you have to flick the switch in the cupboard for the shower to work as we couldn’t find this information and just figured it out. There’s also no tea, coffee, milk, shower gel which I would have imagined would he provided. Overall, a really nice apartment to stay if you’re visiting for a weekend! x

• Moses (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean and comfy. It was beautiful too. Although there was no parking space the host directed me to where I could park overnight for free. Most importantly, her initiative was amazing; I came in with my wife on her birthday which was also valentine's day and without asking she added some romantic touch to the bedroom with rose petals and a helium love balloon hanging off a rose flower! That was beautiful! Thank you.

Minor problem with the shower and heated towel rail which we know Mel is looking into, but these very minor things did not effect the overall experience and we will certainly be visiting again soon!

So in the evening when we got back to apartment the TV reception wasn't great so smart tv didn't really work(we managed a manual tunning of terrestrial TV) or connecting phones/pads to the WiFi. Only negative, otherwise great place to stay!

There is no parking at the property, but a car park across the road which you have to pay for during the day- 8am-6pm. If you open the windows on a warm evening the traffic is quite noisy.
