• Slava2k (10/5): - Расположение достаточно удобное. С помощью карт гугл можно разобраться, как доехать. Есть несколько автобусов, трамвай, элктричка. Место тихое, можно спать с открытыми окнами. Рядом есть несколько исторических вилл, идти 10-20 минут. Там мало туристов и есть оливковые сады. Учтите, что в квартире несколько уровней, то есть нужно подниматься и спускаться по ступенькам из спальни в гостинную и кухню. Не очень подходит для людей с проблемами опорно-двигательного аппарата.

• Neal (10/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and backyard. - Beautiful, spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and backyard. Good wifi, laundry machine, dishwasher. Nice quiet location, close to transit to get downtown, safe and walkable neighborhood. Close to the hospital as well, which is what we were there for. There is a bit of noise from the neighbors, and shower also leaked water onto the floor, so don't put your clothes on the floor while showering. Not a big deal however.

• Antonio (9/5): - Posizione della struttura ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e vicina a vari servizi (alimentari, supermercati, farmacia ed ospedale tutti vicini), ingresso autonomo a pian terreno con spazi interni molto carini e ben organizzati (presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare) che permettono anche soggiorni per periodi medio-lunghi, anche per chi arriva con l'auto vista la presenza gratuita di due posti auto scoperti ma recintati a 150 metri dalla struttura. Mancanza di zanziere vista la presenza costante e fastidiosa degli insetti, dovuta molto probabilmente anche al giardino che resta pertanto poco sfruttabile. La presenza di gradini interni potrebbe rendere difficile la permanenza a persone anziane o con disabilità.

• Daniela (10/5): Casa funzionale e pulita. Da consigliare - Ottima la posizione per noi che abbiamo soggiornato per motivi sanitari. La struttura si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dall'ospedale Careggi di fronte al quale c'è anche la fermata del tramvia che porta in centro con corse frequenti. Di fronte all'appartamento c'è un negozio di alimentari con una gastronomia ottima, e in zona ci sono supermercati e farmacia. La mancanza di zanzariere data la notevole presenza di zanzare.

• Craig (5/5): Expected better having read 'Superb' Ratings - Close to tram stop. Quiet residential area. Friendly neighbours. Nice deli across from apartment. Layout of apartment was tricky. Very steep, concrete stairs to what was our second bedroom. Second bedroom had no window, therefore no natural light. Only cold shower. Couldn't get oven to work. Couldn't benefit from garden as it was neglected and messy. Tired seating area in living room, in need of renewal. Beds quite uncomfortable. Only one channel on TV.

• Liam (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location. - Absolutely brilliant apartment, couldn't recommend any more highly. Ideal location to get into Florence via tram, with nearby train station for visits to further to reach cities i.e. Rome, Pisa etc. The apartment itself is a very good size, and the garden is brilliant for the mornings/evenings. A couple of the lights in the apartment did not work, but this was a minor inconvenience for what was otherwise a perfect stay.
