• Martin (10/5): - I was able to store my luggage for free in the morning and received the room key early, which was very convenient. The room was spacious for one person, with enough space to open 2–3 suitcases comfortably. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The host was kind and very responsive—whenever I contacted her, she replied immediately. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, making it very peaceful. There’s a 7-Eleven, a bakery, and a bus stop nearby, with easy access to JR Asagaya Station and Ogikubo Station on the Marunouchi Line. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

• SAIEI (10/5): とてもすばらしい滞在でした。 - 住宅街にある民泊で、とても静かで快適に過ごすことができました。仕事に行く前日、シャツにアイロンをかけたかったのですが、部屋にアイロンがなかったためオーナー様にお聞きしたところ、すぐに持ってきてくださいました。とても助かりました。 あまり無かったです。

• Francesca (9/5): - L'appartamento è piccolo ma c'è tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno confortevole. La zona è residenziale quindi molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con tutti i servizi necessari vicini. La proprietaria di casa vive nello stesso palazzo quindi è stata sempre disponibile e precisa con tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Il bagno è un po' vecchio e la toilette rumorosa, ma funziona comunque tutto perfettamente. I collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici, soprattutto la sera, non sono moltissimi e bisogna prendere il bus per arrivare alla fermata della metro più vicina.
• Tomasz (9/5): - Mały pokój z kuchnią, pralką i łazienką w cichej okolicy. Blisko przystanku autobusowego, 15 minut na piechotę do stacji JR Asagaya. W pobliżu piekarnia, 7/11, kawiarnia. W drodze na stację pasaż handlowy ze wszystkim czego potrzeba. Można się poczuć jak mieszkaniec. Jak będę następnym razem, to też tu zamieszkam. Polecam.

• Jaime (10/5): - The place is in a quiet residential neighborhood, not in the busy areas, but well connected by a bus and a metro/train line. The host is super kind. She sent us all the info to get there and responded fast each time we needed to contact her. One of the beds was too soft.

• Miharu (10/5): リピート利用させていただきます！ - ワンルームアパートを民泊にしているので、東京生活を体験できます。キッチンもユニットバスも清掃が行き届いていて清潔です。新しくはない建物なのにカビてない！とても綺麗！ 寝具がとても良かったです！すごく良く眠れます！軽いのに温かいですし、エアコンもよく効き清い空気でしたし、洗濯機もあるので長期滞在には最高です。 ドライヤー有、調理器具有、お風呂のアメニティも一揃いありましたし、歯ブラシ有。洗濯洗剤も有。 テーブルと椅子のスツールもオシャレでした♪ 建物自体はオートロックで安全ですし、LOOPのポートもあるので使い勝手がとても良いです。バス停も近いですし、アクセスしやすい立地です。 なにより管理人の方が細やかな気遣いや連絡と柔軟な対応をしてくださるので、午前中のチェックインも安心してお願いできます。 よくなかったところを探すのが難しいくらいですが、ホテルのアメニティのようなカミソリや使い切りの洗顔やクレンジングはないので自分で用意する必要があります。それもコンビニでも買えますから問題ないですけどね。

• Raeeq (10/5): Wonderful and fun - The reception is easy and fast. The service is great. The place has complete services. I enjoyed it very much. I thank the owner of the place for her kindness and I wish her a happy life and her wonderful son.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Two metro stations are 10 minutes away. There are a lot of interesting shops, vintage clothes and even miniatures nearby. There are a lot of 7-eleven, Family Mart, Lawson nearby. The apartment is perfectly clean. And the area is very quiet, I was able to sleep well.
• Gabriel (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment close to Koenji. - I really liked the quiet & charming neighbourhood. The apartment was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a washing machine was very useful too. A great place to unwind and decompress after staying in the center of Tokyo. It was only 20 minutes walking to Koenji which has a lot of cool bars, stores and clubs. Getting to the more central parts of Tokyo was a bit inconvenient and takes a bit of time, however that is not such a big problem if you plan on exploring the surrounding areas and spend a lot of time in Koenji, which is what i did.
• Pablo (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in the apartment for 14 days and I can only say good things. The apartment is in a residential area, but with plenty to do, from restaurants to many clothing stores. It's about 15 minutes from the station and connects you to the city center in 10 minutes. Arrival was very easy, and Syu helps you with anything you need. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. If I can, I'd choose this place again. As a very nice touch, Syu left me a couple of umbrellas for my use because it was raining that day. Also, if you need to check out later, you can do so without a problem. Thank you so much, Syu, for making my stay super pleasant!
