Booking should be more transparen - The room on the last floor with the terrace and the view were great and peaceful. The floor was nice and the bathroom with window was highly appreciated. The lobby for a 4 stars is a bit on the low side.

Reception staff were friendly, professional and could not have been more helpful! Booked taxis for us. Tickets for the hop on and hop off bus tour. Printed the tickets for our onward train trip to Madrid . They were absolutely exceptional. Thank you to them all. Having to ask for tea and coffee in the room, that wasn't replenished unless asked for.
• Dalia (10/5): Excellent stay in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona - It was a fantastic location—we could wander around the local streets lined with bakeries, cool shops, and restaurants, and just a few hundred feet from a metro stop and street where we could hail a taxi. Opt for an included breakfast because it is a delicious and varied spread. The staff were very helpful. Our room was great. No complaints

Although I enjoyed having a balcony that faced the street, it had one downside, Noise! If your a light sleeper ask for a room at the back!
