• Ethel (8/5): We had a wonderful time in Naples. - Location was great, lots of restaurants, pizzerias, shops and museums nearby. The metro is also right there. Water in shower went from hot to cold and back on it’s own. The street noise was loud, but I expected that because of its location. We had a little difficulty finding the place. The booking.com for the taxi had the wrong street address. I was able to call the owner and she came right over and let me in.

• Carla (10/5): Exceptional - The room is spacious and clean with your own toilet. Great location near everything. Metro station is 2 minutes walking The owner must speak/understand a bit of English to communicate with all her guests from all over the world. She was super nice and helpful but we had a miscommunication because of the lack of English.
• Leslie (7/5): A nice, clean room in great location, but very small and not able to be secured from other guests. - The location, right in the historic district, was amazing with lots of restaurants, bookstores, and the National Archeological Museum within a few blocks. The room was freshly painted, immaculate and cheerfully decorated, and the cafe a few doors down will deliver pastry and coffee for breakfast (if you know how to request in Italian) if you don't want to go in person. The hostess was very welcoming and wanted us to be comfortable, quickly arranging for a mini-fridge when we asked. The room was very small with no place to keep the suitcase open or sit and eat. Also, there was no window to the fresh air, only a small window above the door that allowed air to/from the hallway. However, the most bothersome concern was the fact that all of the rooms were accessible with the same skeleton key with this lack of privacy and security not having been made clear from the listing. The hostess seemed very well-intentioned, but was not fluent in English, which made resolving issues (like getting towels and toilet paper restocked in a timely fashion) a challenge.

• Tetyana (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. In the middle of everything, breakfast choices at your doorsteps, food &drinks options within 5 mins walk. The subway station is 3 mins away by foot. At the same time street and the building entrance is SAFE and secure. Street noise is out there and if you are a light sleeper you are in trouble. BIG Concern: Your room key is not unique!!! Other units can enter your unit with their own same key ( meaning the majority of the units equipped with the identical sets of locks and keys. Your unit and your belongings are not secure!
