jason (3/5): Lovely place if it was clean and how it was described.disappointed - The place itself was very in a good location Paid too much money for a place that was dirty and dead spiders everywhere.pool freezing supposed to be heated.complained to owner in a email but he just ignored.

Liam (1/5): Not a retreat - Nice views Booked a night away for my partner and I to what was detailed as a Peak Retreat, yet upon arrival found this not to be the case at all - far from it in fact. From the swamp green, murky, half filled swimming pool to, pub like games room. It’s evident this place was once a family entertainment space that’s slapped a bed in the corner and is now branded as a luxury getaway when not in use. The ‘kitchenette’ is in fact a bar - with open hatch side entry, and the rickety bed is made up directly next to the pool table in a large open games room. We stayed for 5 minutes and then left for accommodation nearby to home us for the night. Great for a cheap (yet overpriced) getaway with your mates maybe, but most definitely not a retreat.
