Guest Reviews
- Louise (9/5): Nice place to stay to relax and explore the area. - The property was really well thought out. Nice small private garden to enjoy the weather. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds. Nice quiet area about 15 min walk from the town itself. There was nothing to not like about the property although I do think it looks a bit tired, a wee freshen up would make all the difference.
- Toni (8/5): - NA Single beds were saggy.

- Singh (10/5): An unforgettable family retreat that perfectly blends Highland comfort. - We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Aviemore! The house was perfect for our group of four adults and two babies. It was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The absolute highlight was the garden—watching the steam train pass right by the back fence was a memory our family will never forget! The location is excellent, making it so easy to visit Cairngorm Mountain and Loch Morlich. We also had no trouble parking our large Toyota Estima on-site. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable base in the Highlands. Nothing
- Jacqui (10/5): Lovely house in great location. - Great location, lots of space and equipped with everything you need Outside bins were absolutely rammed with rubbish. Didn’t look like they’d been emptied for a while.
- Janice (9/5): Top class lodge - Lodge is much bigger than it looks. Master bedroom with en suite was at back giving us peace from the boys. Nothing we didn't like.
- Sharon (7/5): Great location with lots of potential - Great communication from the host, very detailed instructions on how to work everything.
The local was excellent we had a car so we were central to everything. Very short walk to the centre of Aviemore.
Nice back garden with decked platform where in the summer it would be nice to sit and watch the train going past.
Lots of potential have a beautiful little place. We were met at the door by a musty smell.
It would benefit from a deep clean.

- kim (8/5): - The location was amazing. The size of the property was really good, had two separate areas so you could have your own space. Well stocked kitchen. The beds were really comfortable. Good outdoor space. Was a bit dated in the bedrooms, and we had to air the house as it was a bit stale on arrival.
- Kimberley (9/5): Great property, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was great for walking to town or out with the d - The location and home from home feel. The facilities were great Not being able to control the heating but there is the option to contact the host to alter if required. There was a portable oil radiator so we used this to take the chill off the rooms at times
- Robert (10/5): - Fantastic, home from home on holiday...👍 0

- KC (8/5): Comfy place. Great base. - Generously appointed duplex. Comfy furniture and beds. Two bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Parking space outside. Very thorough instructions for house guide as well as labels and info around the house. Host were helpful and friendly. They allowed us an earlier check in due to bad weather. Decorations were like we'd visited Nanna's place. Old fashioned but comfy. Would recommend.

- Anna (10/5): Amazing - Bungalow is huge. I didn't expect that. Plenty room , very clean , and cozy. Sun room absolutely the best , low price and very high standards, 7min walk from town center. Just lovely, Fully recommended Just one thing, rubbish segregation. There was no glass bin. We were traveling without a car , so it was quite challenging to take glasses to the town center , and we couldn't find food waste bin . We left a wee bag under the blue green . Sorry , but we didn't know what we should do with them x
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Sandra (10/5): Great value accomaodation, bigger than the pictures look. - super accomadation room wise for the money The weather but that can't be helped.

- Vicky (6/5): Excellent location, lovely house - Excellent location, plenty of space and didn't feel like we were ever on top of each other. All electrical appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer Unfortunately the place was not very clean, we found rubbish and bits from previous renters. The outdoor furniture was in need of a deep clean and there was dust and cobwebs indoors and out. This complaint has been passed to the owner and is something that is easily rectified. They advised that their regular cleaner has been off sick and they have been using someone different but the feedback will be acted upon.
