• George (2/5): Very poor - Pretty clean Was described as having 2 beds but one of the beds was just a sofa and not a bed at all!
• Nuno (1/5): A Nightmare. - Nothing. It was dirty, it smelled like sewage at the buildings entrance. In the condo, nothing was clean, the kitchen was very smelly and dirty. The bed didn’t had proper bed sheets, they had holes and weren’t clean. The bathroom didn’t had a box on the shower so everything would get wet. And the towel drier didn’t work either. We had the same wet towel for three days. It looked like someone tried to set up a condo on the fly, not even having the bare minimum and posted it to make a quick buck. And I managed to pick up some sort of virus, my guess it was on this property.
• Michiel (8/5): Pleasant stay in modern apartment. - Very nice and clean appartment, host is very reliable and friendly, neighbourhood is close to center city. Price-quality balance is good. Check-in time very flexible. Some minor improvements in the apartment (which is very new), but is nothing compared to value for money.
• Ika (2/5): Very poor - I thought the location was good, because it was my first time in brussels. Next to my street were a lot of prostitutes and very strange people in the street. I felt very unsafe. The safeness of the apartment is also questionable. The owner changed the key holder but also did not finish. I had no chance and decided to stay because of my budget. it was already paid. I had problems with safety, cleanliness and language problems. The owner only speaks in french.
• Srushti (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great you could take a train to anywhere in Belgium from there. Only 20 mins from airport. It was a nice little studio apartment with a fridge stove and microwave. They even put essence to make it pleasant. A great apartment overall. No hot water. A small roll of toilet paper which was not enough. The main gate does not close which feels unsafe at night. The key was left at the top of the door which felt unsafe and as said no keys were found in the keysafe and we thought that we have been scammed at first because we could not find the key anywhere. The code to the keysafe was a little too obvious they could have set a safer code.
