Thomas (8/5): Very good - Howgate Farm is well situated for a number of local sites - Askrigg, Wensleydale Creamery, Forbidden Corner etc. The property location was well directed by the hosts, via Google and What3Words. The location enjoys stunning views at the rear of the property and both garden and house are well equipped to make a comfortable stay. The kitchen facilities are particularly well provided with ample glassware, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc., for self-catering needs. Howgate Farm was clean and welcoming with carefully chosen soft furnishings complimenting the property, and Gillian, our host, was responsive to any questions that arose. Printed instructions (that we may have missed) on how to operate washing machine and dishwasher.
