• Mara (5/5): It’s ok if you’re not going to spend a lot of time there - It was very cheap although pretty far from the center It was dirty, the whole place seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Also even the towels were kind of dirty.
• Heinz-Günter (9/5): Hübsches kleines Apartment mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zu einem bezahlbaren Preis - nur 300m bis zur Tram, diverse Mini-Markets, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Badausstattung gut. Küchenausstattung gut. Unterlagen bezüglich der Schließanlage vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Mobilphone und Whats Up einwandfrei Bettbezüge etwas rau. Der kleine Tisch für das Frühstück oder zum Schreiben eindeutig zu hoch angebracht. Alternativ 2 Barhocker statt Stühle.
• Carl (9/5): A fine place from which to explore Rome. - Comfortable double room with kitchenette, TV, bathroom, aircon, crockery, cutlery, etc. Access to the building and room is very secure and safe. Only 6km from Termini station. You can access Rome and many other places using Gardinie Metro station which is less than 10 minutes walk from the room. There is an abundance of bars, cafes, supermarkets and open markets within walking distance. I stayed 22 days no problems.

• Renata (8/5): Very good - It was a nice apartment and I could book last minute. The apartment can be good for a family and in there are many restaurants around. Overall good! The bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable and it is a bit outside of the city although there is public transportation nearby.
• Petr (4/5): For little money the owner could improve a lot. It has potential. - The apartment is close to the subway in a quite quiet neighborhood. The equipment of the apartment is insufficient. Uncomfortable, horribly creaky bed with completely sagging mattresses. Washing machine not working. There are a lot of unnecessary things in the cupboards, you can say garbage, which were obviously left there by previous visitors. Unfortunately, the apartment is not a separate apartment. It is only a part of the apartment, which is separated from the rest of the apartment only by a locked door. You can hear absolutely everything that is happening next door. You have no privacy!!!

• Marina (8/5): Great place, amiable hosts! - The location was very good, with easy connection with the center. The apartment has got everything you need for a stay, it's perfect for a couple. The host - Giuliana - is very friendly, always in touch and ready to help. If we go to Rome again - we'll sure make the same choice!

• Janeth (6/5): Clean & good stay but don't expect a kitchen - Clean and close to transport (10-15mins to tube and 5mins to tram) that takes you to city center in 30mins (tube) or 50 (tram) Apartment had a kettle and fridge which was OK but it's not a kitchen as advertised. Feel info provided in advert wasn't honest.
