• Abigail (8/5): - Perfect location. Two families stayed so was perfect for us. Shops close by too. Overall the property was clean but needed a bit more of a scrub. Also some items in the kitchen, we had to purchase as we were cooking. No scales, no mixing bowl and no jug!! They'd be handy to have for future visitors.

It was very cold when we arrived (host was clear that boiler may be off and it was an easy fix but it did take a few hours to warm up. Beds were quite springy.

There were many thoughtful touches such as shampoo and toothpaste in the bathroom and tea, condiments, coffee, and cleaning materials in the kitchen. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this house again if we were in the area . Nothing

• Hollie (4/5): Extremely disappointed and not value for money - Not much I’m afraid. Not clean and very cold even with the heating on. Everywhere just seemed grubby, I think this must have been student accommodation or a shared house of some sort. The bedroom my husband and I slept in downstairs was freezing and had no working heating. The bed/mattress was poor and we rolled into each other into the middle of the bed. Bathroom not clean enough, kettle was disgusting inside so after a 5 hour drive I couldn’t have a cup of tea.

A couple of the double bed mattresses could do with replacing as very soft in the middle. Possibly provide basic cleaning spray/cloths for washing up etc

• Stephen (5/5): The overwhelming smell killed our experience there. Such a shame, maybe a previous tenant had a dog that created such a - It was convenient for charity event that we attended. The estate it is on is a nice area. The owner was very helpful in arranging a cot and high chair for our grandchildren The overpowering smell of damp, or maybe dog urine on the ground floor. The smell was so strong it prevented us from having a good nights sleep.

• Aleksander (10/5): Felt like home! - We stayed quite shortly but we enjoyed it so much. Easy check in and everything was perfect. It was a little cold and the heating was easy to set up too. Would recommend 100% if you want to have a warm sleep. Can't complain about anything.

• Kelly (8/5): Worked for us - Quiet location, a brief walk from East Garforth station. Sofa is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on! Instructions were clear from the host. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar were provided along with a couple of other random things which I think have been left by other guests but useful all the same! Nice outside space for when it’s warm to sit outside for meals. The bedrooms and bathroom warm up really well. Some showering stuff was provided along with hand soap and air freshener in the bathroom. It was fine for my colleague and I and we would stay again but, if you had 7 people, in cold weather, there is not enough table seating (and in an unheated conservatory area) and there is only one bathroom. The living room didn’t quite get up to temperature because it has a tiny radiator for the room size. Some instructions for the fire place would be ideal. The kitchen was cold as it has no heating, not helped by the very lovely, but freezing, floor. It would be nice to have a hand towel in the bathroom as standard (bath towels were provided for each person).

Shops nearby if you needed anything and the host was at the end of the phone for any questions Not necessarily something we didn't like but with 4 bedrooms and only one bathroom you have to plan your morning routine for showers. This isn't a negative, just a heads up for future travellers.

• Kerry (10/5): Perfect 4 bed house for a larger group. - Great location for what we needed, meant we could walk home after our evening out, instead of getting taxis to a hotel. The house is equipped with everything you need. There is lots of space and the bedrooms are good sizes. Great communication from the owner, so no stress on how to access the property etc. the air fryer was an unexpected bonus for breakfast! Will definitely look to rebook next time we’re up that way. Nothing.

The house was lovely and clean and plenty of towels provided in each room. Beds quite soft and squidgy, would've like tea towels and dish clothes in the kitchen.

Thoughtful little touches like complimentary milk, fruit and toiletries really make it special. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Easy check in instructions and were allowed to check in earlier per request. Would definitely book again when back down visiting friends in the area. Nothing!

• Daniel (10/5): Cozy house, great location! - Super clean, cozy and in a good location. Quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes away from a Tesco express and a couple of takeaways. Checking in was easy thanks to Lucy’s instructions.

The house was very clean and we were given clear instructions for access / keys, with the host offering for us to text or call for direct contact - this was so appreciated and reassuring, especially after our long journey from London! The house was lovely and clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful gestures of refreshments including milk and fruit - thank you. Beds were comfortable and clean, and presented well. There was ample space for storage including a wardrobe in each room, with hangers. We would definitely stay here again! No criticism at all but to avoid wastage, it would have been helpful to know that there would be milk etc in the property already - this would mean that money/items don't go to waste but this is minor - we have no complaints! Thank you for a lovely stay.
