  This room contains a king bed and twin beds. One or two additional baby cots can be installed. • Armin (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit klasse Frühstück in guter, ruhiger Lage; sehr zu empfehlen! - Dries & Florence sind überaus freundliche Gastgeber, sehr entgegenkommend und sehr serviceorientiert. Das Wohl ihrer Gäste ist ihnen sehr wichtig. Ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet, mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Da gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat...

• Irene (9/5): Sfeervol hotel met vriendelijke eigenaren. - De sfeer in het hotel was geweldig. De eigenaars waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Helaas was het te koud, anders hadden we gebruik kunnen maken van het buitenzembad en de mooie tuin. De kamer was ook zeer sfeervol met oog voor detail. Eigenlijk niets. Wij zijn tevreden klanten.

• De Cock (10/5): - zeeeer vriendelijke ontvangst, niets is teveel. Heerlijk ontbijt met lokale producten. Honesty bar met lokale producten. Je voelt de liefde en passie waarmee dit jong koppel hun zaak uitbaat. Aanrader. eerst dat het langs een redelijk grote baan ligt maar uiteindelijk heb je daar geen last van, alles is naar de tuin gericht en die baan is niet druk

The location is a bit offside the beaten tracks & places, but exactly that makes it a good place to stay at for people who need to be in multiple locations in the area and who don't want to pay the traditional "Brugge premium tourist pricing". Nothing much.

• Bart (8/5): Aangename verblijf en supervriendelijk onthaal. - Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed. Het zwembad was helaas niet open door de periode van het jaar. Mooie , ruime kamer met buitenterras. Een heel gedoe om gewoon tv te kijken. Netflix lukte dan wel na wat zoekwerk via gsm. Verwarming was ook even zoeken vooral in de badkamer.

• Rianne (9/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, mooi klein hotel, mooi en modern gerenoveerd - Gemoedelijk personeel, zeer betrokken bij het hotel, ook wat geschiedenis meegekregen van generaties aan eigenaren, veel aandacht voor milieubewust ondernemen. Ruime kamer. Niets, alleen maar lof. Misschien dat de koffie temperatuur wat hoger had gemogen :-)

Great breakfasts. Garden available with animals to watch (was it doe?), can be great for children. Wonderful retreat from city rush - though close to the seaside or Brugge. Would come again.

Special note: I arrived later than originally planned, while the reception was closed. The hotel had prepared a written note for me explaining everything I needed to know and, most of all, they did so in the language used where I live. First time ever that I see that - esp. in Belgium, with its history of language "wars". :-) Nothing.

Le petit déjeuner vraiment top. Il y a aussi une belle piscine et une zone de jeux pour les enfant. Bref, ne pas hésiter à réserver. Rien, tout était parfait

• Katrien (8/5): Mooi hotel dicht bij Knokke - Het was er heel netjes, ruime kamer met terras met uitzicht op de tuin. Leuke bar beneden en plek voor de kindjes om te spelen. De ruime parking voor de deur is ook zeer handig! het zwembad is een pluspunt, en ookal waren wij er in oktober toch konden wij hiervan gebruik maken We kregen slecht 1 grote handdoek per persoon, geen extra handdoek om onze haren te drogen of voor na het gebruik na het zwembad. Wanneer je de douche gebruikt in de badkamer van de groene kamer is alles nat (geen douche scherm) een aftrekker zou handig zijn :). Het ontbijt was oke maar wel nogal prijzig aan 25euro pp.

• Kim (10/5): great find and would return ( with a travel kettle) 😁 - excellent having the pool outside the room and the kitchen facilities were an added bonus, the room was basic, but comfortable and the welcome was very warm and friendly. this is a great place for families a kettle in the room would help with larger cups for tea etc, having to fully dress every time to get a coffee/ tea was inconvenient and also only a coffee machine available in the kitchen, so we had to fill the cup 3 times with enough hot water for a tea

The place is very clean, has new furniture, a great area for the kids, and the breakfast is delicious. The floor is quite cold without rugs because it is made of tiles, so the host should supply slippers. However, I believe this is part of the plan to finish the rooms, being a newly built hotel.

Breakfast is a joke . Cold concrete floor but no slippers provided. Bad matress was hard uncomfortable & noisy dogs near the rooms. Price should be reconsidered .
