Overall it was a great short trip and the location is easily one of bests for central London. I had a bit of a struggle with the heating and couldn’t get it to work but other than heating since I stayed there only a day can’t say much.

The fact that the bathroom wasn’t a part of the room and it was upstairs. Having many codes to remember to enter the building, the room as well as the bathroom.

• Jenilyn (7/5): Somewhere you can rest - Location is great. near the tube and bus coach for tour. Lots of cafes and pubs around. The room has a descent size, bed is comfortable, kitchen has all you need for cooking or heating food. Coffee is provided. They have laundry room as well. Mina gave us all the instructions before checking in. It’s easy to follow. The property has no lift so you have to drag your luggage up and down. We are in the top level so imagine how tiring it was. I don’t see any emergency exits, guessing it’s from the windows. Carpet from room 4 has a stain but it doesn’t bother me. If you are planning to do your laundry expect that when its finish from drying it won’t be dry, you still need to air dry it for a day hangers are provided.

• Merrick (7/5): Good value, clean enough, bit awkward to access the property, though that may have been me. - The location was fantastic, ideal for Victoria and Buckingham Palace yet still quiet. The kitchen facilities also made it easy for us to make our own meals and drinks. We struggled to enter the property, mainly due to the fact that I hadn't checked my emails during the day and needed to fill in a form. It was hard to get both the form AND get the verification number on my phone screen at the same time. You may have guessed I'm an elderly person. Even so, the younger couple who followed us in also struggled to get in, despite having the right code. They left saying, 'Next time, a hotel!' The place was clean enough but like most hotels the carpets showed marks from previous visitors.

• Ross (9/5): Super-conventient location near London Victoria - This property has a great location, 5 minutes walk to Victoria Station, 5 minutes to Buckingham Palance and 10 minutes to Hyde Park. We stayed in Room B in the basement. This was not great in terms of privacy because it only had a lockable glass sliding door.
• Andrea (9/5): Nice location, great spacious room and bathroom and quiet - The room was in the basement - it was clean and spacious and the bathroom was nice. The bed was comfy and there was a huge TV (although we did not have time to watch it). The doors to the room were frosted glass which were as advertised. The blinds didn't fully cover the door and there were lights on outside the room so it wasn't as dark as I would have liked to sleep.

Um quarto bem maior do que parece na imagem e lindo. A cama era muito confortável! Além disto, os anfitriões eram super prestáveis e responderam super rápido quando foi preciso. Só posso apontar duas coisas negativas, a casa de banho era fora do quarto, o que traz desconforto, pois às vezes uma pessoa quer usar a meio da noite ou mesmo sair do banho e vestir no quarto e não era opção. Ainda, o ar condicionado não estava a funcionar bem, pois tivemos um pouco de frio e nunca ficava à temperatura que inseríamos.

• Kristen Lynn (10/5): Pristine hotel in perfect walkable location - The hotel was in a truly perfect location, less than 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace and St James Park. We were able to walk everywhere to most major sights. They really thought of everything (space heater in the room, curtains to block the gap in between the doors). The place was pristine and the staff was immediately reachable and helpful when we had a problem accessing the key from the lockbox. Nothing.
• Natalie Minle (8/5): - very spacious and i was surprised to see that there was a bathtub in my en-suite bathroom. apartment area was peaceful and convenient to the tube station. lots to eat nearby. check-in was quick and simple, instructions were easy to follow. carpets and furniture looked dated and as a result the place didn’t feel as clean as i would’ve liked it to be. wished that there could be luggage drop off service- i personally couldn’t justify having to pay additional costs on my own for stasher as recommended by the property

• Junyan (4/5): Exceptional Location, but the Interior Needs an Upgrade - I had a mixed experience at the Imperial Victoria Hotel. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable. It is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, and most major attractions, train stations, and tube stops are within easy walking distance. The facilities are also quite practical—there is a communal kitchen available for guests, as well as a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Additionally, the bathroom/shower area was surprisingly spacious. the room comfort was disappointing. It was extremely cold during my stay; even with the window shut, there was a significant draft. The property is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The floors, sofa, and mattress all felt very old and worn out. It definitely requires a deep clean, or better yet, a full replacement of the furniture.

The bed was very comfortable (except for the pillows), spacious bathroom. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The towels had black marks on them and didn't seem well washed. Additionally, there were not enough towels, only two big ones for the shower and no smaller ones. The carpet was not clean and had stains all over it. We only stayed for one night, but had we had to stay longer in London, we would have changed hotels.

Very spacious room with everything you need. Check in was smooth and communication was great from the host. Would stay again!

Cucina moderna dotata di ogni tipo di servizio. Unica pecca, le finestre della camera non isolavano completamente dall'esterno, movito per cui vi erano degli spifferi d'aria. Era però fornita una stufetta per tenere la camera calda.
• Emily (7/5): - The location is incredible. It's right by Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, so it's very central and easy to jump on public transport to get around. The room is also quite spacious, so there was plenty of room to stretch out. The room wasn't as clean as I was hoping for. The cushions on the couch and chairs had marks (you could tell they really needed a steam clean), and there was a part of the carpet that had a wet spot. Above that spot on the ceiling, there are some cracks, so I'm wondering if maybe there's a leak.

Avrei preferito ci fosse qualche campioncino in più in bagno

• Sandra (6/5): Great spot attractive property - Pros and Cons - Great location for surrounding amenities such as theatre and restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Shared bathroom is not my personal preference. The rooms are heated by a small plug in fan heater. Access to the rooms are up several flights of stairs which is challenging with luggage. Given the age of the building that is understandable, but again not my preference. Pre-checks to do for each guest staying after your booking to access the property. The messaging service did not work. Overall a decent spot, but was not practical or suitable for me.

• Küssenberger (8/5): - Even though it is a house with other people, it was quiet and you could rest easily. You are very independent and the location is great. Takes about 5min to Victoria Station. The staff is very friendly and tries to fix everything as fast as possible. The fact that you can’t store your luggage! And also the windows didn’t close properly and so we always felt a slight breeze ans could hear everything on the outside.

• Morgane (3/5): Je ne recommande pas - L’emplacement est le seul point qui est vraiment top !! Nous n’avons vu aucun membre du personnel durant notre séjour. La chambre n’était pas propre et se situait au sous-sol, donnant clairement l’impression de dormir dans une cave. Il n’y avait aucune luminosité naturelle : bien qu’une baie vitrée soit présente, il était impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux car le voisin se trouvait à moins d’un mètre et pouvait nous voir directement. Les rideaux sont donc restés fermés en permanence. La grande cuisine présentée sur les photos est en réalité une cuisine commune. Je pensais avoir loué un grand appartement privé, ce qui a été une véritable déception. L’insonorisation est inexistante : nous entendions constamment les personnes à l’étage marcher, les allées et venues dans les escaliers, les machines à laver fonctionner à plein régime, ainsi que des bruits très gênants provenant du logement du dessus. Nous avons même envisagé de changer d’hôtel, mais le séjour avait déjà été entièrement prélevé et l’annulation n’était plus possible. Sans cela, nous serions partis sans hésiter. Enfin, la VMC de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ce qui entraînait une buée permanente et rendait l’espace particulièrement désagréable. Énormément d’humidité dans la chambre. La literie était tachée et le tapis au sol était dans un état de saleté avancé.

• Mary Angeline (10/5): - The place felt homey and the facilities were great - kitchen, laundry, even the shared bathroom. It was also close to the shops, restaurants, Victoria train and coach stations, and attractions suck as theatres and Buckingham Palace. None that bothered me.
