Guest Reviews
- Steven (9/5): Fantastic! - I didn't have breakfast. I don't think Mark offers that though he has tea and coffee. He was very nice, he bought me a drink when I arrived and helped me find him and hired a taxi to take us both to his nearby home and then also thought of offering to take me to the train station in the morning, which was very convenient. It wasn't the host's fault but there was a ton of noise around 2 am (estimate, I didn't check my watch) that woke me up. It sounded like somebody who maybe was drunk and forgot or couldn't find the key to get in. But again, totally not the host's fault in any way. Could happen anywhere. Didn't affect my rating.
- Matthew (9/5): Amazing! - Mark was an absolute gentleman throughout my stay. I will remember the trip for the rest of my life and continue watching Wrexham progress towards the EPL! đ
- Richard (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - Great location for Wrexham FC, bottled water, nice host. Cleanliness of the room. Very dusty, hairs from previous guests on surfaces, toe nails on carpet, stained mug. I ended up sleeping fully clothed and just left first thing in the morning. Someone was playing a TV loudly early in the morning, which woke me up. I do Airbnb in my home and charge cheaper night rates than this place with a much higher standard.
- Patrizia (8/5): Very good - Is near the train station and Mark is super friendly

- Conor (9/5): Lovely Night - Host Mark was very friendly. Each room in the house was numbered and each guest was presented with a front and room door key.
The house was very clean and there was tea and coffee available had I wanted it.
The location was five minute walk to the Racecourse Stadium, seven minutes to Wrexham General Station and a ten minute walk into Wrexham City Centre.
I had a fantastic experience at Mark's house and I will be staying there again when in Wrexham. I noticed that some things aren't quite finished yet which Mark did tell me that he is very close to fully completing his accommodation project so I am sure, he will have it polished and done upon my next visit.
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Mark and Leanne friendly and very accomodating especially exchanging info. M has close connection with Wrexham fc, and happy to chat if you wish. Property just few mins walk fm Station +10 mins from town nevertheless a quiet street. Ease of access perfect. No particular problems; no washing or coffee facilities in bedroom however so prepare for the trip down to kitchen + bathroom regularly. The economy of the room charge should make this tolerable.
- Ponsing (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly , profesional and accommodating landlord. Such a safe and lovely place to stay. None
- Jenny (10/5): Friendly, comfortable and quiet. - Amazing location only 20mins walk to town. And I think that could well be the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!

- A (9/5): Room in private residence. Quiet location and convenient for town, university and football ground,. - Quiet location within easy walking distance of Wrexham General train station an town centre, Conveniently located for both Wrexham University and Wrexham's football ground. Nothing negative. However would be useful for future guests if a small mirror is put in room, or mounted on wall.

- Ali (9/5): Great! -

- Roger (5/5): The room was clean and functional but wouldn't have stayed for more than 1 night. - The room was of adequate size for the money, but was a small room with a single bed, the decoration was tired and in need of refurbing, however, the Linen was clean and fresh. Would have liked the room to be bigger and a double bed.
- Steve (8/5): Nice and comfy stay, value fir money. - It was totally as expected, a comfortable place to stay for the night. Great host! Not at all anything to do with the place but it's strange staying at a private residence. I much prefer hotels but it wouldn't put me off in future.
- Fiers (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Didnât like the bed and bathroom downstairs but wouldnât put me off staying again. Value for money, great location and t - Close to the town centre and easy access. Didnât like the bed but thatâs a personal thing and bathroom downstairs.
- Pugsley (8/5): Cosy comfy tidy welcome break - I liked my room the bath and my cups of decaf coffee đ Nothing fine

- Kossam (1/5): Very very disappointed. After Mark told me he was leaving for his holiday, I had to find alternative accommodation which - I was never given any chance to see the property. Mark MacDonald claimed that he had two minutes to leave for his holiday. I need my full refund and compensation for all the inconvenience of looking for a alternative accommodation for the night.
