• mark (10/5): Excellant stay Kerry & Steve provide a first class place to stay and are a credit to the holiday industry, no wonder - Lovely cottage, very clean and tidy and felt very homely as you walked through the door for first time. Everything we needed was provided and my friend liked the chocolate treats that were left for us. Garage parking was good as we put the car away and forgot about it.shame we couldnt stay longer. The seagull sitting above the bedroom window squawking at 5am!!😂 but that is out of Kerry’s control.
• Dimitri (10/5): - This is a pretty, cosy, quiet, spotless, very well equipped cottage in a very good location. We only stayed for one night but it is well set up for longer breaks. No problems or issues to report - everything was just fine!

• Sharon (10/5): Cosy, comfortable, clean and excellent location. - Homely, comfortable cottage where the hosts, Kerry and Steve, go above and beyond with extra details that made our short stay exceptional. We did not want for anything. Comfy beds, fully equipped, very clean, this is a cottage we will undoubtedly return to again. Location makes this the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas, peruse the shops and eateries - which are just around the corner, or further on you’ll reach the coastline. Very little outside space, but this was all we needed for our small dog, as there are many walks you can take into town, to the beach, or across the fields which are a stone throws away at the end of the quaint cul-de-sac. The property is overlooked, however the surrounding properties have blinds or opaque glass, so this wasn’t an issue for us. We, personally loved everything about the property!

The location is perfect with short walk to the local shops, restaurants and the stunning beach. Nothing at all.

For oldies like us, the steep stairs and downstairs toilet are a little difficult to navigate in the night

• Lucy (10/5): Lovely cottage. - We had a weekend stay at Loom Cottage. Kerry had given us detailed instructions on how to get there, parking, etc. The cottage was lovely; very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, a few steps from the high street with its impressive range of independent shops and cafes. Sea front also very close. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kerry and Steve. Nothing not to like

The cottage was clean, had everything you need for a home away from home. Lovely big towels, nice bedding. The lounge was my favourite room, big for a cottage, but really cosy! Would love to stay there again. Nothing!
• Charlotte (10/5): Pretty, practical and very welcoming! - Quaint but practical property in a lovely, central location, close to shops, restaurants, beach and brewery (!); a friendly and informative host always within reach; clean, well-equipped and very light and bright for a period property; as a visually-impaired guest I was particularly impressed by the lighting in every room - a detail so often overlooked elsewhere. Nothing stands out!

Kerry and Steve were still there (because we were much too early!) and they were very nice and helpful to us. The house was spotlessly clean and charming and there were all sorts of thoughtful touches in the house, such as a towel for our dog, and some very nice coffee! There was nothing not to like!

• Cliff (10/5): Well worth 7 hours in the car..... - Well kept cottage clean and comfortable. Had all the things we needed. Everything else we needed is but a short walk away. Garage a plus - my car 4556mm fitted in and we left it there for a week of walking - plenty to see.

The property was in walking distance to the town and beach and in a very quiet location. Perfect for a cosy weekend away. Will definitely return. Great communication with the owner.

Perfectly located for exploring Southwold with excellent communication and some really nice touches from the owner. It was a bit of a squeeze to cook for four and eat in the kitchen but manageable.

Kerry emailed lots of information before our stay to help us decide what we would like to do while we were there. She was kind enough to let us park up while she finished prepping the cottage so we could go on an earlier tour of the brewery. Incredibly accommodating and very kind to leave a voucher and a cake for us to enjoy!

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect cottage to explore Southwold - A fantastic cottage in the heart of Southwold with private parking. The owners had thought of everything to make it a home from home. It was spotlessly clean with gorgeous welcome gifts for us and our dog. Ideally situated for the beach and town and communication from the owner was amazing, with lots of information about cafes, dog friendly places to eat and places of interest.
