A 20 minute walk along the promenade and up a beautiful ramblas to the old town. I'm not clear why the small repairs people mention like cupboard handles and extra mugs haven't been done, but it doesn't affect enjoyment of the property

• Louise (8/5): Lovely views - Spacious property, with lovely views out to sea. Lots of bars, cafes and supermarkets in the vicinity. About a 30 min walk to the old town & Alcazaba. I was also very grateful to be allowed to check in a couple of hours early. Nothing major, just a few small things. Lamps not working in bedrooms and some handles missing from kitchen units.

• VAN ROOYEN (9/5): Really enjoyed the stay at this property. Perfect for city, beach and airport access. - Excellent location! Right on the beach and still close enough to walk into the city center. Loved the balcony with ocean views. Free Parking is street parking if you can find it. However garage parking was offered at an extra charge.
• Claire (9/5): Great location - Fantastic location right by the beach very big and spacious . Key entry is via a mobile but we were also offered physical keys . Bed was comfy plenty of storage space good WiFi we ate at the restaurant several time and food was excellent Some bits need a little tlc but certainly didn’t spoil it for us just extra character
• Damian (10/5): El corazón de la playa de Almería - Es un apartamento estupendo con vistas a la playa y al mar. Su ubicación es perfecta, ya que por un lado se encuentra al principio de la larga playa de Almería y, por otro, está cerca del casco antiguo. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. El propietario, Francesco, un italiano, es muy amable. Cuando se estropeó la televisión, ese mismo día trajo una mucho más grande. Francesco también nos invitó a su restaurante Adora, donde se puede degustar la auténtica cocina italiana. Él pagó la cena. Muchas gracias.
• Lourdes (8/5): Descuidado - Las vistas de la terraza en primera línea de playa . Me decepcionó las sillas rotas de la cocina y las hamacas de la terraza grande con las telas rotas. Las mosquiteras de las ventanas todas mal. La verdad que el piso esta bonito pero muy descuidado.

• Sandra (10/5): - La terraza con las vistas al mar, la amplitud y la comodidad de las camas. Tienen el restaurante de abajo por si cualquier incidente. Rebuscado para decir algo pues que no encontré la clave del WiFi, pero tampoco pregunté por ella.
• Sue (8/5): Great location. - Very clean. Fabulous position with sea views from one of the two balconies/terraces. Excellent comms and support from owner. Good pizzeria below under same ownership Some of the crockery needs replacing and handles missing from some kitchen drawers and cupboards. Aircon only in one of the 3 bedrooms- although one does have a ceiling fan. On arrival, large clothes airer up in lounge with drying bedding, presumably from previous rental.
• Karen (7/5): Beautiful surroundings apartment could be better. - The location and views of the property was amazing looking out onto the beach and promenade. The apartment was very spacious with 3 bedrooms. The locks were complicated having to use an app on your phone to open and close, sometimes it worked ok but not always, we couldn’t find the switch which is located near the lift and not the door to get out. The kitchen needs updating and attention door handles on units need fixing and very poor selection of cups and glasses for 4 people, also fan needed for smaller room as only air con in main bedroom. Also a wet sheet was draped over an airer in the sitting room which seemed out of place.
• Mary (7/5): Lovely location and spacious flat. - Great location, spacious and comfortable flat. Clean and tidy in the main. Very good for my elderly mother as the lift worked well and proximity to the beach was ideal. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Francesco and staff in the pizzeria were very friendly. Kitchen was poorly equipped. No knobs on some of the drawers so these were difficult to open. Plenty of plates but only two mugs, two cups and two small bowls, several were cracked. No filter holder for coffee jug, no wine glasses. No tea towels for drying, nothing to dry cutlery in after washing up. Flat was clean but the glass table on the balcony was grubby.
• Lisa (8/5): Great Apartment, Excellent Location - brilliant location, overlooking the beach, amazing pizza restaurant below which did not disturb us at all. Spacious apartment with very helpful host, who runs the restaurant below, and is available and very willing to assist with booking taxis etc. Property needs a few more mugs, cups and glasses. With limited space in carry on luggage now, some beach towels or picnic blanket for the beach would be a bonus.

• Munns (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location and the staff helped us a lot when arriving. Awesome bunch of lady's 👍 The place was very clean and tidy but could do with some general maintenance and attention to detail to maintain it's high quality
• Gauthier (8/5): Very good - Very good location closed to the beach. The flat is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 terraces whose one with a beautiful sea view. Francesco is very reactive for any questions. The furnitures / devices in the kitchen are a little bit old.
• Virgilia (9/5): Superb - A nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect location to see, hear, and feel the sea! Then there is the downstairs restaurant, Buono. Normally I don't eat pizza in Spain, just because I also love Spanish food, but ended up going several times to Buono. Try the pizzas under locales and regionales sections, and don't miss that one with pecorino and salvia. Thank you Francesco for having us at your beautiful place. Best wishes to you and your colleagues from Buono. Definitely I will come back to Almeria! :)

• Maarten (8/5): Very pleasant - Very good sea view, 2 terraces, spacious with 3 separate bedrooms. Owner very responsive. Could be some more glasses, cups etc as a little tight for 4 persons.
• Susan (10/5): Fantastic stay, very comfortable beds and lounge. Lovely views from balcony. - The location of this apartment was perfect, only a short walk to Town and right on the beach. There was everything that we needed in the apartment, especially when we had some really bad weather and there was nowhere open for food. We were able to cook and had Netflix to keep us occupied. The balcony and Terrace are a great bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to families, couples or a group of friends. nothing we did not like.
