• Mauro_Silvia (9/5): Posizione perfetta e zona tranquilla - Posizione perfetta per essere in poco tempo su una metro per qualunque direzione, in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla e viva anche la sera. Appartamento spazioso per famiglia di 5, sono presenti anche giochi per bambini. Cucina fornita di tutto. Appartamento pulito.

• Laura (10/5): - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement , idéalement situé à Barcelone , nous nous sommes beaucoup balader baladés à pied mais le métro est à 100m de l'appartement . Très bien équipé . L'appartement manque un peu de luminosité mais pas très grave , nous vivons beaucoup dans la rue à Barcelone
• Surinder (4/5): Sadly would not stay here again or recommend. - Functional, basic property within 20 minutes to the Rambla There were sewage smells in the apartment due to its age. There were shower drain covers to help manage the smells coming up the drains but no notice in the main bathroom we used to make this clear. And the whole block smelt. The hot water tank does not cater for four persons. My wife washed her hair on the first day and the tank ran out of hot water. Looking at the tank gauge, it took all day for the water to heat to full temperature so impacted showers during our entire stay. We had to pay extra tourist tax since the agents tax collection system could not cater for our party arriving on different days and the agents did not want to meet us to collect payment or provide an alternate option, this felt inflexible.

Is this what booking has on the market now? I never seen shit like this in my entire life . To smell someone else s shit on my birthday it wasn’t what i had in mind when i made the booking with you guys . It smelled like shit in the entire house from one of the bathrooms, the ceiling was peeling of /detaching in the bathroom it felt like one of those horror movies o wrote my complaint on chat they didn’t even bother to answer me i called the next morning and they told me somebody will come to see this during the day NOBODY CAME . • HSIN CHIEN (10/5): Lovely to stay just like home. - It's a perfect place for the family, sourrounded with supermarkets, easy access to metro L1 and L2 to reach every spot for the tour. We had a wonderful time during the journey. Highly recommend !

• Dariusz (8/5): Grudzień w Barcelonie - Dobra lokalizacja, 2 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, dobre wyciszenie okien. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji w jednej z łazienek, który rozchodził się na całe mieszkanie przez klimatyzację. Brak podstawowych produktów spożywczych jak kapsułki do ekspresu, cukier, sól, pieprz.

However, there are several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. - The main problem was the strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom it was very bad and hard to tolerate. (Very annoying) - There were also many small flies around the apartment. (Very annoying) - In addition, there were visible stains on the bed sheets, towels, and sofa, which gave an overall feeling of being unclean and uncomfortable. - The building has a noticeable smell, and the elevator is very small. (Not big issue) With all this issues, its difficult to stay for more than a couple of days.

• Inas (7/5): Good - The home was great — very well located in the center of Barcelona. You can reach both the bus and metro within a few minutes. Everything was good, except that the house didn’t provide enough products for the shower, washing machine, dishwasher, or cleaning supplies — not enough for 4 people staying 6 days. It’s really not enough, especially for such an expensive apartment But aside from that, everything was good.
• Roi (8/5): Stay was comfortable and very central. - Never met any staff or representative in the 3 days we stayed there We could not get to the apt as it was on the mezzanine floor which was represented by the letter “P” on the lift panel. This was not mentioned in the instructions till a resident told us to press the “P” button which took us to the mezzanine floor. Although we sought help from owner, she did not come to help.
• Watts (7/5): Good - The apartment was very clean and well-presented. It was so easy to get in using the app which was handy as we arrived late. The kitchen had everything we required. The managers were quick to respond when asked and were available all hours. We did ask for new pillows as the ones provided were very flat and two were sent that day which was great. The beds were very hard and seemed to be sagging a bit so maybe worn out. This was a shame as the apartment was otherwise very good. A small thing but although shampoo and body wash were supplied they were in the small plastic containers - it would be good move away from single use plastics to larger refillable containers. Another small thing was no t-towels or dishwashing detergent provided (there is a dishwasher but we didn't really need that for just breakfast dishes.)

• Okan (10/5): Excellent property and excellent host ! - It was designed for 4 people, two separate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There are many restaurants and supermarkets literally next door. Close to two different metro lines. Host was way too helpful. We would definitely be back.
