- Kendra (9/5): Lovely Easter break! - Directions to the cottage were simple enough to follow and we were met with a lovely welcome pack off Pauline. The cottage was clean, even though this is a pet friendly cottage there was no trace or smell of previous pets staying there which we have found on other stays elsewhere before! We found the cottage to have everything we needed for our stay, we didn't take much notice of the signal or wifi as it was nice to switch off but had no issues when we needed to use our mobiles etc We had lovely weather so took advantage of sitting by the waterfall at the foot of the garden and relaxed!
We thought the cottage was in a great location easily accessing all nearby villages and towns. The Kearton is directly across the road which is a lovely place to eat/drink and Pauline left some information on the nearest places to buy what you may need and local information eg Supermarkets, Market days etc
Thanks for a lovely stay! Going home!
- John (4/5): Area was great, plenty of walks . Property was a bit of a b let down. - Convenient for walks v in the Dales Cold when first entering the property- no heating turned on. Black mould in the base cupboards in the kitchen. Property felt tired , could do with a good refurb.
- Margaret (9/5): We have stayed here twice now and will very likely book again. - The cottage is lovely and very well equipped with everything you could need. It is warm and cosy. The only thing we found a bit of a problem is that there is no mobile signal but that it not the owner’s fault. The internet was very good.
