• Sara (10/5): Phenomenal Two Nights In Naples Central Historico - Luigi was the most amazing host I believe I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He made our 2 night stay absolutely fabulous in every way. My granddaughter Michaela and I feel like we left Naples with a new best friend! You get so much more for your money than a bed to sleep in. He was the consummate tour guide/advice and recommendation giver for all things Naples! He offered to arrange a spontaneous transfer for us via private car down the Amalfi coast to our next destination. He continues to offer his services for advice and assistance even after we checked out, I cannot recommend him or this place enough, the bed-and-breakfast itself is in the heart of the old town and easily walkable to anywhere you want to go to eat or to sightsee; and Luigi will tell you exactly what he recommends to save your time and energy! Loved every minute. Absolutely nothing! Which is rare……

We asked for a salty breakfast and we were able to get it for extra pay of 8Euros. There might not be person to person check in, but you will receive all info via WhatsApp. City tax and extra breakfast was paid at the end with cash. Definitely will come back!

Kahvaltısı kötü. Ayrıca “tuzlu” yiyecekler için ekstra ücret istiyorlar bunu kahvaltıya oturduğumuzda öğrendik. 20dk falan 2 tabak kruvasanın masaya konmasını bekledik. Yurtdışında bir çok yerde kahvaltı yaptım, Türk kahvaltısı beklentimiz yoktu ama çok iyi kahvaltılarda gördük bu olağanüstü yorum alacak bir kahvaltı değil.

• Elisabeth (6/5): Bon emplacement pour une halte d’une ou deux nuits. - Luigi est très disponible et réactif, le garage Luca à côté et très bien et vaut le détour ☺️ Luigi nous a aidé à y avoir une place pour nos deux nuits et c’est occupé des négociation. Les dames qui servent le déjeuner sont charmantes. Les chambres sont dans un ancien appartement bien rénové mais c’est bruyant pas de porte anti bruit dès qu’une chambre est réveillée toute les autres le sont également.. La cabine de douche vieillissante, mais propre. Les petits déjeuners ne sont servis qu’à 8h donc pas de possibilité de déjeuner quand on a un vol ou un bateau. Le petits déjeuners n’est pas très variés.

• Arash (6/5): - Luigi was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Good location, central. Check in process was not smooth. Few things didn't work at the beginning like aircon in the kitchen, key to the safe, automated check in process etc. Luigi later sent his colleague to rectify these.

Nous étions 4 la chambre était spacieuse et bien insonorisé. L’établissement est très propre, la literie de qualité et tout le linge de maison est fourni. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et de qualité, il n’y a que du sucré mais pour nous c’était parfait. Le personnel est adorable

Esta a 25-30 minutos de la calle Toledo y los Quarteri Españoles. Pues pasear por todo el casco antiguo sin ningun problema y visitar los lugares importantes de la ciudad. Después en el hotel nos atendieron esplendidamente y Luigi nos respondio a todas las dudas.

They allowed for a late checkout which was much appreciated! The flush button for the toilet kept shifting but was still functional. Not something host can always control but keep in mind if there are other guests and since breakfast is included, they may be loud in the common area in the morning.

Šios vietos šeimininkai buvo labai rūpestingi, dėmesingi, atsižvelgė į visus mūsų pageidavimus.

En semaine il peut vous réserver un taxi. - Les pâtisseries du petit déjeuner. - Les photos ne montrent que l'intérieur des chambres, tout l'environnement de l'hôtel est invisible. Je trouve ça plutôt déloyal. - Les aménagements, le mobilier, tout est fait avec des bouts de ficelle, à la va vite, sans goût alors que le bâtiment est beau avec une hauteur sous plafond exceptionnelle. - Difficile de communiquer avec le personnel de service qui parle aussi mal l'anglais que l'italien.

• Jeff (10/5): - These rooms are excellent. They are on the 3rd floor of an old authentic Naples building serviced by an ornate metal cage elevator. There is a communal area for a very nice continental breakfast in the morning. They are very well located to get around Naples on foot. Luigi was a great host and even though we didn’t get to meet him, he helped us out enormously with, a restaurant booking at a great Pizzeria in the old town (Pettrucci’s), an early breakfast because we had an early flight and a taxi to the airport. His care for his guests is 10/10 !!

Property was clean, functional.deco and had everything I would expect. Location was great too, right in historic town and super easy access to metro. As a suggestion, add body milk to toiletries. I could have done with little arrival instructions, I only knew how to yo get in because a neighbourhood passing by showed me
• Pia (10/5): Un accueil exceptionnel, un emplacement central et une chambre spacieuse et charmante - Super accueil, emplacement central, appartement très sympa et surtout conseils et disponibilité de Luigi : resas taxi, conseils pour visites, adresses à visiter, bonne humeur. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse pour trois avec une double exposition, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Tout était exceptionnel, nous étions absolument ravis de notre séjour et recommandons chaleureusement cet hébergement !

Das Highlight aber ist Luigi, der immer gute Tips für Neapel parat hatte, sehr hilfsbereit war und morgens zum Frühstück immer ein Süßgebäck-"Special" mit lokalen Hintergrundinformationen servierte. Appartementencomplex in historische centrum uit 1912 omgebouwd tot moderne B&B met originele vintage elementen. Het ontbijt was super met origineel napolitaans gebak. Een aanrader!!!! Van buitenaf was ingang niet direct herkenbaar bij aankomst. Werd snel opgelost door contact met host Luigi.

Siamo arrivati senza nessuna indicazione, anche se ci è stata promessa. Per fortuna conoscevo già la struttura e quindi ci siamo arrangiati.

Leipää en saanut, Jotakin torttua jota luulin makeaksi lisäksi sain, ei ollut se myös diabeetikolle sopiva aamupala.

Easy to get to other parts of town also - either on foot or public transport. Our host - Luigi was fabulous. Very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. He was available from the day we made the accommodation booking. Breakfast was included which was wonderful. There is also a lift that works - a luxury which isn't always available at all accommodation places in Europe, especially in the older buildings. We were on the 5th floor so the lift was very much needed. The room itself is basic but quite spacious, very clean and comfortable for a couple. Highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again! Nothing bad to say...

• Sandrine C. (10/5): - La chambre était grande et très propre. Naples est une ville bruyante mais on était vraiment au calme dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire mais il reste en contact avec nous tout au long de notre séjour pour nous guider. Avant notre arrivée on reçoit un descriptif très précis pour accéder aux chambres avec vidéo à l'appui ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon avec du pain frais, des pâtisseries et des fruits frais tous les jours. Les pâtisseries variaient chaque matin ! Petit déjeuner servi dans une piece commune. L'emplacement est proche de la gare 10 min à pieds et à 20 min du port pour les îles. Je recommande !
• Do not display name (8/5): We have a lovely time in Naples with the centuries old villa as our base for exploring. - The host made a real effort to provide fresh, local baked goods representative of signature Naples traditions. Outside lobby and hallway wasn’t very well lit.
• Inger (10/5): - Placeringen vat perfekt tæt på, vi havde brug for. Maks 10 min til stationen, hvor også flybussen holder. Dejligt italliensk brød og søde kager til italliensk morgenmad. Luigi var smilende, rar, imødekommende og informativ vedr. byens seværdigheder. Værelse og badeværelse fungerede godt. Begge var ikke så store, men de var som forventet. Vi fandt hurtigt bygningen, men havde lidt svært ved at få adgang. Vi fik hjælp af en dame, der skulle ind i bygningen.

• Carla (9/5): - Ottima accoglienza, Luigi è stato pronto a fornirci tutte le informazioni e i consigli di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. La struttura è in posizione centrale, vicina alla stazione e a due passi da Spaccanapoli. Ci siamo potute muovere senza problemi anche la sera. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Ottima la colazione e gentilissimo il personale. Comodissima la possibilità di deposito bagagli. Grazie di tutto! Se posso permettermi un consiglio andrebbero cambiate le porte per migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle stanze e quindi la privacy. Le serrature sono un po' rumorose e non tutti gli ospiti sono così attenti a non arrecare disturbo agli altri quando rientrano.

• Oz (10/5): אירוח מקומי אמיתי - לואיג'י הוא מארח פשוט מושלם. עשה הכל שנרגיש בנוח, הסביר לנו על העיר והסביבה, השקיע דקות ארוכות לבנות לנו תוכנית מפורטת לסיור בעיר. דאג שנדע כל מה שצריך על תחבורה וכל האטרקציות המרכזיות. וכל זאת בנימוס אך בלי רשמיות מיותרת. בנוסף המיקום מושלם: בדיוק בין העיר העתיקה לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית, ומעל הפיצריה המפורסמת ביותר בנאפולי. בשורה התחתונה: תמורה מעולה למחיר (הזול מאוד!) המיטה והכריות יכלו להיות יותר נוחות בעיני, אבל גם הן בסדר גמור.
