• BİNİCİ (8/5): Merkezi konum, harika ev sahibi. - Konumu güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Lavabo küçüktü. Bir de duş başlığı tutturma aparatı yoktu.
• Muamer (9/5): Odlično pozicioniran objekat čiji opis i slike odgovaraju stvarnom stanju. Sve preporuke za objekat. - Domaćin je bio jako prijatan a objekat uredan i čist. Prilikom sljedeće posjet opet bi odabrao isto zbog dobre pozicije u odnosu na sve sadržaje i javni prevoz. Moja preporuka, slike objekta odražavaju realno stanje koje je jako dobro.

• Merlyn86 (9/5): Clean Apartment in a Great Location - The location of the apartment is excellent. The apartment is very pleasant and clean. The bathroom is to small.

• Ana (5/5): Passable - I was quite disappointed with this property. The flat did not meet expectations based on the listing. It appeared much older and more worn than shown in the photos, which were clearly misleading. Upon arrival, the place was not clean, and the furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable. The bathroom is extremely small and not comfy, the building smells and the elevator is old. Overall, the flat lacked the care and quality one would hope for when booking accommodation. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
• Nikolina (9/5): Good location, family-friendly flat - The communication with the flat owner was very easy, they were responding fast to our questions and were giving us tips about the parking spot nearby. The location is great, lots of cafes, restaurants, etc. nearby and you can walk easily to the main sightseeings. The flat is well equipped even for a longer stay, suitable for families with young children. Not very good sound isolation, you can hear the neighbours walking or conversations from the other rooms in the flat. I guess it's an old building and it is how it is. I would add night lamps in the bedrooms as well but not a big deal :)
• Ulrike (9/5): Comfortable apartment in unbeatably central location - The very central location and the airport bus stop practically right outside the door; the three different spaces inside the apartment, affording members of our large family some privacy and quiet. As others noted before, the bathroom is a bit too small and doesn't have any surface to place anything on.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is pretty spacious for the central location, it was quiet and offered all the amenities we required. The owner was very responsive and kind to show us the apartment upon arrival. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and surrounding areas. If you will be arriving in the city from the airport it is perfect as there is a good connection by bus and a lot of stops right next on Via Egnatia.
• Ioana (10/5): Good value for money - The apartment is well located in the city, it has everything you need. The view from the balcony, the outside building needs some renovation.
• Zeljko (10/5): Perfect, but short stay - next time it will be longer! :) - Hospitality, location, comfort,... Small technical changes to be applied for even a bigger comfort, already discussed with the host, like: position of the shelfs in the bathrom, towel hangers, missing shower handle.

• Charalambos (9/5): I would certainly stay in again. - Close to the University which was the primary reason for the visit. Furthermore, the furniture and the available equipment were modern and user friendly. The wash basin was unexpectedly small. There was no chance to even wash your hands without splashing water all over the place.

It was very clean, well equipped with everything you need in a home, the host was very friendly, hospitable and communicative, answering to all questions in short time.Totally recommend, would definitely come back

• Valerii (9/5): One of the best apartments you could find - Very good location, clean and conformable apartments. You have almost everything inside for a good stay. Highly recommend. Owner booked a place for parking in 100 meters from apartments which was very useful for travel with a car. If you travel in family style and have baby carriage try to take small one as elevator in the building is pretty small. Leaving your carriage downstairs is not 100% safe. Also kitchen equipment is on very good level except having just one very small frying pan and just one almost broken knife.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Great location, within walking distance to main objectives and close to some nice restaurants. The apartment also has a good pods expressor. Rooms are really small, especially the bathroom. The sink is almost unusable because of size. This is mainly because it's in an older building but still something to take into account.
• Panayiotis (9/5): Certainly, I would visit this facility again with my family. - Excellent location. Allows easy and fast access to almost everything (shops, sightseeing, restaurants, etc.). Clean facilities with everything you need. Friendly and helpful host. Very good air-conditioning in the livingroom. However, in summer, some extra air-conditioning or at least a fun could be very useful in the bedrooms as well.

• Hans-georg (9/5): A clear recommendation. - The apartment was very tidy, very clean and very calm. It is perfectly situated in the city centre of Thessaloniki with some of the most important places of interest (e.g., Rotanda, Arch of Galerius, Galerius' Palace) just round the corner, others (e.g., Archeological Museaum, Byzantine Museum, White Tower, Agia Sophia) close-by.
• Joca_kg (10/5): Recomendation - New apartment, close to town center ( by walk few minutes). Sleeping room are quite spacius, living room bed is also qood for two person to sleep Hard to find parking space in street ( but few streets further is parking lot- 20e/day).
• Mariam (9/5): Near almost every sight and the boulevard. Host is amazing. - The location was amazing right in the city center and very near to all the sights. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated and clean. We had free netflix and one of the bedrooms had a TV which was a huge bonus. The host was super nice and very helpful with everything, showed us around the apartment and helped with everything we needed. The building entrance is possible only with a key that the host provided and made us feel super secure and protected. The host also left us lots of varieties of coffee and tea which was a great touch of hospitality. Overall I would highly recommend the flat and would definitely stay again. The bathroom was rather small and the washbasin was tiny. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms didn't have a clothes cabinet but nothing unmanageable. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but that might just be me 😂 other than that everything was super.
