• Maciej (5/5): Decent, spacy home base but not that perfect as it seems. - The host and her coworkers were really helpful and kind. The apartment was spacious, had a lot of kitchen facilities, a decent view and was quite comfy. It's pretty near to the beach, which was quite okay. Quite good location, if u don't wanna live in the noisy city. We were told that the apartment was left in a perfect condition to us, however that wasn't completely true (see the photos section). I'd rather say, that it was quite worn and dirty in some less obvious places. There was a mold or some kind of a fungus on the tiles in the bathroom (see the brown/ginger tarnish on photo). The main armchair was really used up and tattered and a little bit dirty. Power socket frames in the main bathroom were falling out every time we wanted to use them. There were some minor things which might be annoying or even not acceptable (if u pay a full season price) like worn mirror in the bathroom, huge scratch on the wall, standing vacuum cleaner which couldn't work for more than 30 seconds on its battery (yes we tried to recharge it, but no luck). Glasses with lipstick on the rim. Broken balcony chairs Besides that (and I need to point out, that the host helped us with this every time we called her) we had a huge problem with the entry doors. We were unable to open them with a key after being out of the apartment for the whole day. We were told that the doors are made of wood, so that these are really sensitive to the temperature changes -> so that we ended up trying and struggling to open the doors with the instructions from a host, how to make it open. Sometimes we were able to open us ourselves, sometimes the host sent someone to help us out, but still struggling with a doors when your wife and an infant are waiting outside (yup, even in Spain the evenings are pretty cold) isn't the best time you have. Furthermore, we were told by the neighbor (who was a big heart person), that the problem is known and even the previous guests had problems with those doors, so I wonder why hadn't it been fixed before? Parking slot on the possession is taken by the owner and the only way is to park on the street next to the building, which tends to be busy at the weekends.
• Dave (9/5): Excellent holiday villa accommodation. - Location was very good. The two nearby beach bars were excellent. The apartment itself was excellent, and access to what was effectively our own private pool magnificent. Whilst the apartment was magnificent we did have a number of things which we felt could have been better - the barbecue area was down a flight of stairs, with no seating / table available, so we didn't use it - too much hastle; the pool had a brown deposit all the way around the edge, which was a little off-putting - though we still used it most days; the TV was quite small and mounted quite far from the living area seating, it's really time for an upgrade; Adding a coffee table would be a good idea.
• Besar (10/5): Highly recommended - Property is very well located; few steps from the beach; it has a nice swimming pool & garden area; apartment is spacious, very well maintained and clean; all utensils/equipments work really well. Bianca (the host) was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. We will return for sure. Highly recommended!

• Mark (8/5): Overall the property and support was great. I would have expected a discounted price for the noise disturbance though. - Location was great and the property manager was very helpful. I would have liked to know that the next door property was being renovated. The weekends were quiet, but during the week days, there was a jack hammer working from 8am til 5 pm, which didn’t allow much sleeping late in the mornings.
