Guest Reviews
- Maddison (1/5): Horrible - Nothing got moved to somewhere I didn’t book. There was holes in the walls there was moldy food, blood in the beds, light sockets coming out of the walls and mold in the shower. I do not recommend this place to anyone

- Banu (1/5): - Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was well below acceptable standards. The place was filthy and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The towels were all dirty and had yellow stains on them, which was unacceptable and incredibly unhygienic.
The bathroom was worse than any public toilet — hair and dirt were everywhere, and it was obvious no proper cleaning had been done in a long time. We were genuinely shocked and uncomfortable staying here. Out of all the places we've stayed in Victoria, this was by far the worst. We expected a more comfortable and clean environment, but instead felt let down from the moment we arrived.
Do not be fooled by the pictures the host has posted online. They are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. It’s extremely disappointing, and we would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -

- Anh (5/5): Passable - II only stayed for two days, everything was very old, but I just needed a clean room to sleep in for the night. and the room was relatively clean. The location was great to me. Easy access to M80.
- Alfee (1/5): Extremely disturbing and unsatisfactory - Absolutely nothing, host lied too much and over promised. We checked in around 10pm at the premises and was greeted with a house full of dust. There was dust on every corner of the premises. One would not survive a night of they have allergies to dust. The cupboards were all dusty as well. The toilet was filthy, floor full of hair and black stains. Floor mats in the toilet were as filthy. When one person had a shower, it leaked to the whole floor making it slippery as well as collecting all the dirt which made the bathroom worse. We were told that the premise was ready once the cleaners were done but judging from the filth, dust and dirt around the house, I doubt any cleaning was done. The premise is sadly unliveable and to promise that it would be is unacceptable. We were not only disappointed but disturbed by the condition of the premise. My son who has an allergic reaction to dust was not able to sleep as he had a flare up and my friend was starting to have asthma symptoms. The pillows had an odour and the bedding cloths gave us rashes. We emailed and texted the owner that we would prefer to check out after one nights stay. It has caused us inconvenience and we are forced to seek other accommodations which is not the easiest at this time of the year. We have emailed and texted the owner and attached the photos and videos of the poor and unhygienic condition of the property as well requesting for a refund of the 3 days. The owner took the next day to reply and said he will send the cleaners and denied receiving the photos and videos. We reiterated that we have check out on the 28th before 10am and would like a refund of the 3 days we are not staying. We also emailed customer service but sadly no replies from either customer service nor the owner which is unacceptable.
- Sara (8/5): This place is really great for anyone looking for a place to stay and doesn’t mind it not being super fancy. everything - Great value for money!
- Ratu (8/5): Was great - Location and been using the owners property for several times with not problem. Not much
- Chiew (4/5): Disappointing -
- Les (7/5): Good - Quiet area Plenty of wardrobe space but no clothes hangers
- Wilson (1/5): Bad - the beds were comfy the place didn't look like the photos in the application
and the water pressure was bad
- Syed (7/5): Was good apart from the comments mentioned above - The hosts are good, accommodating , friendly and easy to deal with The property is valued at for money however, needs a bit of refurb. e.g carpet is too old. The bathroom sink was blocked. The property was missing iron which was provided on request.
- Lee (1/5): Filthy and disgusting - Absolutely nothing It was disgusting. The filth was beyond belief. Truly worthy of contacting work safety. Should absolutely not be allowed to accept guests. The filth was thick and everywhere. We were too scared to touch anything without protecting our hands. And kept shoes on at all times (as there were pins, needles, screws, cigarette butts, public hair, food scraps and all other filth you can think of all through the house and outside too).
We were too scared to use the shower (& so didn’t) and toilet (absolutely disgusting)- but had to use it.
There was only a spray bottle of cleaner- absolutely nothing else to clean with.
There was nothing to light the gas stove with- and it’s ignition button did not light it.
There was ants in the kitchen (of course- having a feast on all the crumbs and food scraps).
There was no basic things like all other places I’ve stayed in for decades provides like tea, coffee, milk, clean drinking water etc.
There was no toilet brush.
No hand or tea towels, no face washers.
The bed covers were filthy and the sheets had debris inside them.
Our shoes literally stuck to the floors as we walked.
On arrival the code we were given was incorrect. So even though we were very tired from a big day out, I had to waste time and energy contacting the owners to get the correct code (which took them 3 different codes to try to get right).
The bedrooms were 90% taken up by the beds, so very cramped. No room to move.
Luckily I took many photos as soon as we arrived, as the owners later proved to be unconcerned with any of this I reported to them, giving them the opportunity to fully refund me , tidy up the house, or I will leave a completely honest review, and expect the house to be reported as unfit to rent out.
(btw: In my job I do house inspections, so I know what aim talking about).
Instead of being sorry, or offering any refund, (which says it all) They responded that I was “threatening to get money out of them”. Which was absolutely incorrect.
