• Andrew (5/5): The property was disappointing to say the least. - Property was dirty and some lights didn’t work. Door knob on entry door fell off when we first went into property and handles on other doors were very loose.

Es war alles sehr abgewohnt und tlw. defekt wie zum Beispiel der Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht. Der Toilettendeckel is locker. Das Badezimmer dreckig und eine Herausforderung. Im Wohnzimmer hängt überall Weihnachtsschmuck...

• Elmocho76 (5/5): ottima solo la posizione - le camere spaziose e la posizione della struttura bagno decisamente molto piccolo e vetusto, asciugamani che puzzavano, frigorifero senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua (è solito trovare).

• Taimoor (4/5): Good location but poor management amd quite old apartment - disappointing. - The location of the apartment was really good, right in the center and very close to all sort of public transportation networks. The beds were also fine. The apartment is very old, althought the furniture is good, but apartment itself is quite old. The apartment had not been cleaned before the check in time. Even though the checkin time was clearly communicated, it wasnt cleaned before that and we had to wait for the cleaner to finish. The kitchen was of no use. It is so because the stove/induction plates did not work so we couldnt cook anything. The electric kettle also didnt work. Meaning that you cant warm anything too. When we told the host about it, they did not help and just said that nothing can be done and we had to stay like this. This was very disappointing for us.

• Mike (7/5): Great location, good cosy, spacious apartment. It is very old, but we found that added to its charm. - The location was amazing! It was warm, cosy and spacious. We found everything to be working ok in the kitchen and bathroom. The Apartment was very old, but that adds to its charm. The nightclub disturbed us, but we were pre-warned from the reviews. It is only open at the weekend. The bathroom is basically a wet room. There is a curtain round the shower which minimises the water splashing and the water drains away quickly, so as long as you don’t leave your clothes in there, it’s ok. One of the beds gave way at the end of our stay, but we messaged the owner and told the cleaner in the morning, so hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

• Ieva (5/5): - Location is very central and easy to walk to most of the popular spots. We were promised a travel cot for our baby, but it was no where to be found and the host was impossible to get in touch with (still hasn’t responded to my messages about the cot or the check in). The bathroom is the most unique we ever seen. Basically the whole room is also a shower. The apartment could use an uplift, but the biggest problem was the unresponsiveness of the host.

• katie (1/5): Don’t get catfished! Toliet did not work, Host does not respond. Unclean property - I arrived at this property to find a very unclean place along with a toilet that did not flush. When contacting the host about this issue I was told it has happened before and he had the part to fix it and apparently it was an easy fix but he did not send anyone out to fix it. He is now ignoring mine and booking.com messages and will not refund for the stay. I had to get a last minute hotel for the second night as having a none working toliet in a group is not an option. This is awful service and would not recommend staying here! Toilet did not work, mould and hair in the bathroom. Unclean kitchen towels

• Eva (7/5): - The appartmen is in the middel of the pedestrian zone - very central. The Bathroo is very tiny. To take es shower is uncomfortable. Some of the equpements in the Kitchen (dishwasher, kettel) didn't work.

• Beata (1/5): I believe cleaning the property is a bare minimum… as well as the working flush in the toilet - Location It was not cleaned, a lot of dirt and aut flying around. Not working flush in the toilet, trash was not taken away after previous guests.
• Amy (8/5): Great location, very comfortable for a small family. - Lock box code was not given in advance, which caused a delay in accessing the property - this wasn't great after 22 hours of travel from Australia. But once we managed to reach the host, this was rectified quickly. The listing also mentions that someone will meet you at the property, which is outdated information. There are three flights of stairs to reach the property - not a drama for us, but should be considered for those with young children or mobility challenges. There was also no block out blinds in the main sleeping area - whilst not an issue in Winter, this was not ideal in Summer when the sun didn't set until 10.30pm and was up again at 3.30am!
• Tris (6/5): Very good value for money and very easy. - Very sweet little apartment and in a fabulous location, located on 3rd floor. Was a little noisy at night from neighbouring bars
• Jodi (3/5): Poor - Location was good. The house cleaning couple was extremely helpful and friendly. The toilet wasn't working. We needed to carry a kitchen kettle full of water into the bathroom to refill the toilet tank in order to flush the toilet with each use. The shower was simply part of the bathroom. It has a shower head on the ceiling and no shower pan on the floor so the water flooded the entire bathroom floor with use. It was slippery and dangerous especially for my 85 year old Mom. The doors within the apartment don't fully close (warped). The lock mechanism to the apartment is hard to navigate.
• Alec (1/5): A poor flat in a good location, not hosted well. Wouldn't recommend it . - The location is good . We couldn't get in. Nobody met us, the phone no. Supplied was not answered, and it was for a place in Spain,how would that be useful for a place in Denmark. The pin code supplied would not open either of the keyboard, and there were no instructions to say which box to use. We were not impressed. We had to contact booking.com, whodid resolve it, but by the time we had a new pin code about 2.5 hours had passed. When we got into the flat, we found it to be not properly cleaned, the bathroom looks shabby, and we were unable to turn the heating down. On the second day the kettle, which looked old, stopped working. Not once did the host contact us.

• Hackett (7/5): Super cosy and useful apartment. Would stay again! - The location was brilliant, super central and within 15 minutes walk of all main attractions and Nørreport station. The apartment was super warm and cosy. The bathroom is quite dated and small but served its purpose. Doors were tricky to open especially the first night. Busy bar next door, it didn’t bother us but could put others off.

• Mary (7/5): Good location but bathroom desperately needs updating and tiles need cleaning. - Great central location. Comfortable sofa in the living room. The bathroom is very poor quality. To have to walk through the shower area to access the toilet and wash hand basin. There isn’t really a proper shower, it connected to the wash basin taps! The floor gets soaked. Very dirty tile work also. Badly needs updating. The dishwasher didn’t work.
• Van (2/5): Terrible way to experience Copenhagen. - The location was okay and the kitchen was fine. It was not clean at all. There were hairs from previous guests and stains on the bedsheets. The shower was unhygienic and did not feel cleaned. If you are planning to stay here for a weekend away know that you are sleeping above a nightclub. We couldn’t sleep all night and at 5am were woken with throw up noises of people being sick in the street.

• Carolin (5/5): Passable - Spacious apartment One roll of toilet paper is definitely not enough for 3 days for 3 people. Bathroom very small but okay
• Marie-claire (2/5): A Danish nightmare - The convenience of the location. The kindness of the cleaner Fatima. The large lounge, tv, WiFi. Not up to standard as a number of items missing compared to the list. Took many photos to show the reason for my complaint as the photos on the ad do not reflect the reality. Want to complain about the dangerous situation with electricity, lack of response from the owner about dishwasher not working, the number of times I rang him in Spain as we had no electricity,no heating cost me a lot of money and time.. The bathroom is old, far too small, with a leak, mould,the outside window not closing, and it would need a total renovation. There should have been a list of recommendations. The 3 drawers in the chest of drawers were full of useless stuff, same for the wardrobe. It is impossible to open any window. 3 out of 4 nights we couldn't sleep as the outside noise didn't stop. I don't understand why I can't attach to my complaint any photos taken on our departure day.

• Lukas (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Shower, night club next door, we was stai on friday - sunday so basically without sleep in night time, cuz night club closes 4:00 a. m.
• Darrell (1/5): Bad - The landlord to this apartment was very rude, the key that we got given was very stiff getting into the door since day 1 we got there, on are last night we placed the key into the key whole and it snapped, we then rang the landlord and he was blaming us for breaking the key and said this isn't my fault or my problem, he didn't help us with anything. We had to knock on are neighbours doors to see if they could help, 4 hours later we got a lock Smith out.... which costed us £500 in GBP. Do not recommend.

• Elena (3/5): Poor - location Well located and connected to the airport. However, poor facilites were a major thing during our stay. Have to mention tough that when we arrived, the apartment was poorly cleaned. Once we contacted the landlord, he arranged the housekeeper to come again to tidy things that we initially spotted were not clean. Microwave and oven were never cleaned as well as the wc, which needs a refurnish. Wouldn’t recommend the stay, were quite disappointed.
