• Lawrence (8/5): A clean, attractive room with a great bed, and a real pleasant hostess. A good value stay. - The room was comfortable with a very good bed. It was also very clean. Close to a supermarket. It was a pleasant stay and the host was very accommodating, a real pleasant lady. Nothing.

We booked the small room, we knew we were getting a smaller room with a smaller double, however, my husband and I are large people, and it was adequate, comfortable and it worked for us.

• grazyna (9/5): polecam - bardzo pomocny gospodarz/Pani i pomogła mi zamówić taxi na lotnisko, łazienka czysta, łóżko bardzo wygodne, czysta pościel, ciepło w pokoju, cicha i bezpieczna okolica, polecam ten pokój nie ma na co narzekać, wszystko było OK i to co przebrnę na jedną noc przed porannym lotem
• Ramona Bularca (8/5): Great place for short stays - It was easy to find, clear instructions, free parking available (needs reservation), clean and comfortable bed. Quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep. Although the heating was on during the night, it was still cold in my room and in the shared bathroom.

• Kelsey (8/5): Nice place for a few nights stay! - Very sweet host. gave us the option to move us on our second night to a bigger room. she had tea and other simple kitchen things in our room which was lovely. was fairly quite and barely saw the other house guests. Host left a card for local taxi service that we utilized a lot. We spent both days in London. Cheaper than places in the city with a 25 min train ride. The beds were fairly uncomfortable and could feel the springs.. rooms on the smaller end but that cant be helped.
• Palak (7/5): - We booked a small double room. It was neat and tidy. The room was very cosy. The bathroom was big and clean. Stay is perfect if you want to do a pit stop for sleep. Room had very little light and was very small. Bathroom didn't had heating

• ion (10/5): THE FEELING OF BEING AT HOME YOU FEEL NO DIFFERENCE. - All the rooms they were newly refurbished and you REALLY FEEL LIKE HOME.This is by far from all the places i have been the BEST. All was super nothing to complain.

• Edvinas (10/5): - Great location, very clean and great value for money. Easy to get to and from the airport by local bus. The shower door needs to be fixed but other than that - everyrhing's great.
• Dr Reza Sarwary (4/5): Not worth it - Good location. Arrived around 9pm, owner was getting ready for bed. Had to ask to turn heating on and could hear owner audibly cursing when she was asked to do this. Room was very cold, needs a doover, toilets are shared for a "deluxe" room, my bad for not checking if a deluxe room had its own private bathroom. For the same price, theres a travelodge, just go there.

• Heather (10/5): Lovely cosy room - Very comfortable bed and the room was really cosy, perfect for a sleep pre-flight. Only a ten minute ride from the airport and well worth it. The owner is really lovely and helpful too.

• denise (1/5): Not a Pleasant Stay - The bed was uncomfortable & I'm not sure how clean the bed linen was. The filthy carpet could certainly have done with a good hoover. Sharing a bathroom with 3 other rooms made for long, inconvenient & uncomfortable wait times. The shower cubicle was tiny. So much artificial air freshner gave the property a nauseating, sickly sweet smell.

I was concerned that parking my car would be an issue, having confirmed it at the time of booking (the main reason for booking this location) and then being told on the day that someone else had taken the space, but when I saw the street parking on arrival, it was OK. A little concerned about the kettle and extension lead arrangement, but it served its purpose.

• Phil (9/5): Great stay, comfy and clean - Clean and tidy with all the amenities in the room. Microwave, fridge and kettle. Shower door wasn’t able to close so a bit awkward when showering. Strict noise policy.

• Nyasha (1/5): The bedding smelled of perspiration and different cologne scents, smelt as though they hadnt been changed in some time - Woman running the place very rude to clients Had booked for a room with ensuite then upon checking i was given room 2 which is a very small corner room with shared facilities. I took it up with the lady who stays there and she was very rude to me and said I should take it up with booking.com even after I had spoken about this with her a month prior to my check in date. Below is a picture captured during the time I confronted her about my room and she was not polite about and said had no care or concern about it, going on to say this is her house and not booking.com’s 🤦‍♀️
• Asitha Nc (10/5): - A well-organized and convenient place to stay, located very close to both Luton Airport and the city center. The owner is extremely kind, friendly, polite, and helpful, treating us like family. I stayed here for one night with my wife, and we were both very grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

• Lara (6/5): Ok for one night - The bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient. The room was very dusty. Don’t think it had been dusted for weeks. The shower door doesn’t stay closed whilst you are taking a shower. In hot weather a fan needs to be provided.

• Vince (10/5): Sort stay at Sweet Dreams, ended in Sweet Dreams. - Leta is a wonderful hostess. She took the time, as I got there at 22.30, to make sure I was settled in. Then she brought me a lifesaver -;a large bottle of water. All day on a bus and train and I was drained. She even took the trouble, not only to book a taxi but to make sure I was up and ready for the taxi arriving, giving me great advice as to where to park to avoid the ,£6 drop off fee. Although I was there on 7.5 hours it was a great stay and if you need good accomodation at a way too cheap price, this is perfect.
