• Giorgio (8/5): - La posizione, il Vomero è un ottimo quartiere sicuro con posti dove mangiare e far serata, la metro è a 2 passi. Tutto molto pulito, comodo e all'altezza della situazione anche per il riposo da lavoro. Stanza silenziosa interna. Eccellente rapporto prezzo qualità. Il gestore è sollecito, pronto nelle risposte e vocato alla soluzione dei problemi. Arredata con gusto. La stanza è un po' piccina ma si è visto di molto peggio. Se volete giocarci a padel avrete qualche problema. Il bagno è un po' vecchiotto (la tazza del water è scrostata, non costa molto cambiarla; il piatto doccia ha silicone datato; la rubinetteria ha conosciuto i governi Fanfani...) e stretto ma sono io un cliente pignolo e noioso. Brutta e sciatta la presenza in doccia solo di un bottiglione di bagnodoccia: anche qui, quanto ti costerà una bottiglia di shampoo? Son dettagli, ma mostrano attenzione. Delirante il sistema con tastierino e telefono per l'apertura delle porte (infatti il sollecito gestore ha subito provveduto a darci delle antiche chiavi a prova di tecnodeficiente quali siamo). Sono comunque tutte piccole stupidaggini che non inficiano l'esperienza molto positiva.

• Charlotte (2/5): Chambre sale - Logement bien situé Très mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire. Le logement était très sale, au lieu de s’excuser il nous a dit que c’était impossible… photos à l’appui ci-joint. A contre coeur il nous a proposé de changer de chambre qui était tout aussi sale. Puis a continué sur la défensive, que de toute façon on était deux et que j’avais menti en louant la chambre (effectivement je me suis trompée dans la réservation je n’avais mis qu’une personne, ça ne change rien à la saleté du logement) C’est dommage il aurait été plus aimable, j’aurais probablement passé sur le commentaire négatif! Cela peut arriver qu’il y ait un problème de ménage, la base est de s’excuser!
• Zaccagnini (7/5): Napoli è sempre un piacere - Il B&B si trova a piano terra. Molto comodo come base per visitare tutta la città. Vicino alle funicolari e alla metro. Uso della cucina possibile anche se non ho provato. Ho usato solo il frigo che è risultato comodo e funzionante Il check in automatico è comodo ma molto freddo. Non ho mai incrociato nessuna persona.

• Blumagritte (9/5): Funzionale e centrale - Posizionato in un luogo centrale del Vomero è però al contempo silenzioso in quanto la mia camera aveva l'affaccio interno e credo anche le altre . Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, facilità nel check in a distanza, pulito, mantiene quello che promette.

• Fernanda (8/5): Buena ubicación - El lugar estaba bien ubicado. A dos cuadras del metro que conecta con muchos lugares de interes. Tenía una cocina en la que podías desayunar. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado. Los utensilios de la cocina podían estar más limpios. Cuando limpiaban la habitación no pasaban la aspiradora o barrían, solo armaban la cama.

• Bettie (9/5): 100% great place. - A perfect place to stay in Vomero. No tourists and so much to do in this great neighborhood. I will be back! I had a little trouble with the door lock, but got it firured out .

Excellent location, close to lots of shops, cafés, Catholic church, etc. Cleanliness was only OK, it could have been cleaner. Headboard behind bed is peeling where people have leaned on it over the years, and it doesn't look nice.

• Isaac (3/5): Good location, but more of a hostel than a hotel. Not clean. - The location of the hotel was great. Easy to get to/from Napoli Centrale via metro. Nearby a nice neighborhood with plenty of pastry stops and stores and great nightlife. Access to the hotel building / room was easy and secure (dial a telephone number and enter a passcode). The apartment was not clean. Upon arrival, the toilet seat had visible smears of feces from the previous guest, and my wife spent the first 10 minutes of our stay cleaning it off enough to be used. After this, we were uncomfortable touching any surfaces in the room for the rest of the stay. In the shower, the only soap provided was a huge bottle of body wash, and there were long hairs from a previous guest stuck on the handheld showerhead. Very high water pressure of the regular showerhead was painful to use.

C'è stato un problema alla doccia risolto una volta contattato il proprietario, che si è dimostrato disponibile e sempre cortese. La zona è tranquilla e sicura, ma a tarda sera difficilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto urbani.

• Sierra (8/5): Very good - Super great location, not near the centre but Vomero itself was very cool. Helpful staff and overall a good value for money stay. Shower was a bit dirty on arrival. Also have a shared fridge with other guests but didn’t use it so that was fine and there was really no other problems.
