• Lenoir (4/5): - the room was clean. the communication was not good. We set a time. I was there at that time and nobody was there. When I called them he didnt pick up. and I texted him and he didnt respond, When he finally rang me back ( I was already on the phone with bookng.com) he then said that it was going to take him another 40 minutes to get there. He apologised. The problem was that I had other meetings to go to as well. The guesthouse was different then presented at the website. In my opinion it was presented as a hotel. When I arrived it was like an appartment building. Somebody let me in and I had to go to the third floor where you then arrive at a normal door. Behind the door is just an appartment with 5 rooms which were all rented out. you had a little kitchen and a fridge that could be used by all renters. You could hear everything from the rooms next to you as the walls were very thin. There was one from the guest house there. I just had different expectations reading the comments on Booking. The location: as a woman by myself I would not recommend this guesthouse. I didnt feel safe in the dark empty street. They offered me to arrange a taxi for the early morning when I told them I had to take the plane at 8.30. Because of the previous mis communication about the time I made clear that I would take the offer but that I needed to be picked up at 6 sharp. No minute later. In the morning I then received a message from the driver ( who agreed on the 6 am time) I see you at 6.15..... I was very disappointed again. I decided to take my own uber to ensure I would be in time for my flight, Aftewards the property owner started texting me why I couldnt have waited for his friend to pick me up. Wouldnt recommend this "guesthouse".

• Gloria (10/5): Recomendable! - Abed fue muy considerado con nosotros y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada. Nos ofreció agua y fruta nada más llegar y nos enseñó la habitación. Las instalaciones son cómodas y tiene muy cerquita la zona para salir a cenar o a tomar algo en Trastevere, está a diez minutos andando :). El centro queda como a media hora andando, así que no está nada mal. Un sitio muy recomendable 🙂

In dotazione oltre agli asciugamani anche ciabatte, spazzolino e dentifricio, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo Mancanza di appendini sia per le giacche sia per gli asciugamani e carta igienica. Muri un po’ troppo sottili quindi bisogna essere fortunati con i vicini di stanza. Terrazza un po’ troppo poco curata

Felt safe and private even with the shared kitchen and dining area. Free chilled bottled water was great bonus. Could have done with some pots and pans in the kitchen for those wanting to cook from home.

Una location ottima vicino al tram e l'autobus, è stato facile arrivare al centro di Roma, il centro di Trastevere lo trovi a pochi passi. Ci consigliamo questo posto per le tue vacanze a Roma.
• Elsa (4/5): Cuidado! Chinches! - La atención de Abed fue muy buena todo el viaje. También los detalles de bienvenida. Había chinches en la cama y pasamos unas horas horrorosas. A las 4 de la mañna, llenos de picaduras, llamamos a Abed y en seguida nos cambió de habitación. La gestión de la situación fue muy buena y por eso nos quedamos pero su versión es que fue un accidente puntual cuando no es así, ya que vimos manchas de sangre pequeñas en las almohadas, por lo que es algo que ya había pasado anteriormente. Si vais a este hotel, revisad muy bien toda la ropa de cama antes de dormir, ya que estos bichos salen por la noche. Es una situación que debería ocuerir en ningún alojamiento

• Juan Pereiro (10/5): Experiencia en Trastevere Palace Guest - La ubicación es idónea para quedarse en Roma. La habitación está muy bien, con aire acondicionado, baño privado, balcón, smart TV. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, el dueño nos ofrece agua gratis que se agradece. Como bien comento anteriormente, la ubicación cercana a la vía principal del trastevere, permite llegar a sitios para comer muy buenos y baratos, además de estar a 20 minutos del centro caminando. Recalcar la amabilidad del dueño, que esta pendiente de la buena estancia de sus huéspedes, ofreciendo recambios o agua. Nada.

There is a shared kitchen where there is a fridge with free water bottles which was super helpful. Host was really nice and helpful. Would def come again! Right from the start Abed was very helpful and would answer any question we had on WhatsApp. He provided us with everything, From a fully stacked fridge (with bottles of water, apples, milk etc.) and a coffee machine, to travel size toothpaste and tothbrush, slipers and shampoo for each one of us. He even suggested calling a taxi to take us to the airport on our departure day. The room itself was very nice with a big bed, a desent size bathroom and the feeling that everything was new and clean. I would recomend this place over others in Rome, as there are a lot of "scammers" that are much more expensive and provide much less.

• Chloe (10/5): Abed was a fantastic host and we loved our stay at Travestere Palace! - Abed was the perfect host- very hospitable and looked after us for the duration of our stay. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade from the standard deluxe room to the deluxe room with a balcony which we were very grateful for. The room was very modern and clean and has great facilities such as tv with firestick and also hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Abed went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and I would recommend staying at this place to anyone looking to visit Rome. The transport links were also very easy into the center. The only feedback would be suggest offering hanging space with hangers to be able to hang clothes up but other than that we had everything we needed.

Ci ha fornito tutti i confort, da asciugamani, a ciabatte, creme corpo spazzolini e prodotti da bagno. Giornalmente presente per il cambio asciugamani. La posizione è ottima..a 50 metri dalla fermata e a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Trastevere. La casa è nuovissima. Consigliatissimo

Kuchnia miała podstawowy sprzęt tak aby można było zrobić sobie posiłek lub napój, w lodówce zawsze czekały na nas butelki z wodą do użytku oraz świeże jabłka. Pokój posiadał podstawowe kosmetyki, ręczniki oraz jednorazowe kapcie, szczoteczkę i pastę do zębów czego nie spotykam często. Pokój klimatyzowany oraz posiadał rolety zewnętrzne dzięki czemu można było się dobrze wyspać. Lokalizacja jest świetna bardzo blisko do głównych atrakcji oraz bardzo blisko do autobusu czy tramwaju także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, w pobliżu sklepy oraz restauracje czy piekarnie. Nasz gospodarz Abed był wspaniały, od dnia przed naszym przyjazdem do samego powrotu był w ciągłym kontakcie z nami, dostaliśmy od niego informacje o strajku pociągów dzięki czemu na lotnisku nie byłyśmy zaskoczone zmianą dojazdu, codziennie pytał się czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy oraz pilnował abyśmy wszystko miały. Nigdy nie spotkałam się z takim zainteresowaniem gospodarza zwykle trzeba było szukać albo dopytywać się samemu a tutaj Abed dbał o wszystko, na pewno jeszcze tutaj wrócę a gdy znajomi będą wybierać się do Rzymu będę polecać im to miejsce!

• Timothy (10/5): Very enjoyable stay, great host. I would come back. - The host cared about our experience and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The air conditioning was exceptional, we slept like babies and each night was very restful. Free items were offered such as coffee and free cold bottled water. A shared kitchen is also nice if you wish to cook or need any utensils.

La posizione è strategica: si possono raggiungere comodamente tanti luoghi interessanti sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. La fermata del tram è vicinissima, così come altre linee di trasporto, il che rende gli spostamenti semplicissimi. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Abed, che è stato super disponibile e gentilissimo: mi ha permesso di lavorare nello spazio comune anche oltre l’orario del check-in, facilitandomi tantissimo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, pulizia e una base perfetta per esplorare la città!

• Michael (10/5): - Confortable, modern and a very friendly Host. Gratefull to Abed, who did everything possible to take care of his guests. Even when I forgot my entrance-code, he was willing to come to open the door for me at 02:00 at night. Very trustable.

• MAYRA (9/5): Awesome! - Abed was awesome. He was always kind to us, from the very beginning. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. We were able to rest and take good showers. Abed was always available for us, without exception. The fact that we have drinking water available at all times is a very nice extra; before each outing, we would take a fresh bottle! Thanks, Abed! we recommend! The only point I think is important to highlight is that the kitchen isn't working; it's not available. Abed explained to us that it's out of service, and it's not something mentioned in the booking details, but it could be important because, for example, we wanted a stove and pots for our breakfasts so we could prepare healthy breakfasts before leaving. Just one more detail. It does have a microwave!

Posizione strategica: 5 minuti a piedi da Trastevere e 20 minuti con i mezzi dalla stazione Termini. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Mancanza del bidet in bagno e assenza di ganci per appendere gli asciugamani!

A plus.. - Abed is the perfect host ..from giving directions over messaging to welcoming you to your room and showing you around..all great...bed was super comfortable..plenty of towels..complimentary shower slippers..shampoo.toothbrush and body cream....everywhere is very clean and tidy.. very nice room ( room 4 ).. would highly recommend to anyone attending the area .. would love to stay here again... Wifi is a bit hit and miss but didn't cause any problems

Pokój był przytulny, czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne, dodatkowy plus za duże i bardzo wygodne łóżko. Na miejscu czekały świeże ręczniki oraz zestawy kosmetyków – nawet szczoteczki i mini pasty do zębów, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Właściciel bardzo miły i troskliwy – codziennie pytał, czy wszystko jest w porządku i czy niczego nam nie brakuje. To sprawiało, że czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani.
