Silvana (1/5): - El apartamento muy prolijo!! Pasamos mucha calor, tiene aire en el cuarto solo...el ventilador de techo en la cocina comedor no anda... Para mirar tele o comer tendrías que hacerlo en el dormitorio!! No conocía argentina, si queres recorrer para conocer, queda lejos... El check out era a las 11, pero a mi hijo pequeño le dieron ganas de ir al baño y me retrasé 40 minutos...y la señorita subió al apartamento y muy amablemente nos echo.... Nos dijo, tendrían que haber dejado el apartamento a las 11 siendo que se cruzó con mi marido cuando estaba cargando las valijas y le dijo que no había inconveniente alguno, también me mandó un mensaje preguntándome a qué hora nos retirábamos y le contesté 11 y poquito!!! Obviamente indignada por su trato nos fuimos enseguida!! Me manda un mensaje la señorita para comunicarme que había dejado un saco! Como estábamos cerca dimos la vuelta.... Bajo mi esposo le dieron el saco y le cobro 23.000 por una toalla de mano, que estaba manchada!!! Emprendemos nuevamente la marcha, agarro la toalla para ver de qué manchas hablaba siendo que solo usamos la habitación para dormir y me encuentro que es jabón líquido!! Enseguida le mando una foto de la mancha de la toalla y le digo que es jabón líquido.... Pero no obtengo respuesta alguna!!! Espero tengan mucha suerte!

Destaco la amabilidad y comprensión de Florencia en todo momento. Llegamos fuera del horario de check in y ella nos recibió cálidamente. Estamos muy contentos porque nos despejó todas las dudas que teníamos y nos recomendó lugares para visitar muy bonitos. ¡Volveríamos a hospedarnos sin dudas! 😀 No tengo nada por decir

Natalia (2/5): - Le reserve a mi mamá sola, para que pase el fin de semana ya que le quedaba cerca donde esta mi papá internado Llego en horario temprano (no aviso previamente, ya que es una señora jubilada, no se dio cuenta de eso) y la chica que la atendió quiso cobrarle por eso, una penalidad exagerada y no la trató con respeto, diciendo que la reserva que tenia era sospechosa, es por eso que ni siquiera ingresó.

They were flexible, friendly, and very helpful. This is outside of their control, but there were neighborhood dogs that would bark every morning @6/7am.
