Olga (7/5): The stay was OK, but next time I'll pick a brighter place. - The place is in a quiet neighborhood. Very safe. Close to the SkyTree. Walking distance from the subway. The Internet worked well. Life Supermarket is located nearby. The place doesn't have natural daylight. The window in the living room faces a wall of a neighboring building, which is very close. You have to turn the light on even during the day, otherwise you feel like you are in a cave. Also, right before moving in, they ask you to sign an agreement, which is pages long. This puts you in a situation where you have to sign the agreement because the apartment is prepaid and non-refundable (it was in our case). This adds more stress before your travel.
YOON (8/5): - 엘리베이터 있음 공간이 넓고 방, 거실, 욕실 구분 잘 되어 있음 아기 둘과 지내기 좋았음 기본적으로 청결하나 세세하게 먼지 많고 카펫, 쇼파베드 침대에 먼지가 좀 있습니다. 에어컨이 방에 있어서 거실과 방 사이 중문 닫으면 에어컨이 거실까지 오지 않아요

Yuko (9/5): また利用したいです - 新しく広々。ユニットバスではないし、キッチン設備も炊飯器まである。洗濯機だけではなく二回分の洗濯洗剤まであり助かりました。家族で3日以上の東京ステイには最適でした。無人チェックインですが、大変丁寧な事前案内があるので安心。備え付け家具の椅子の足がグラグラだったが放置されていた。延泊した際の手配がスムーズに行かなかった。AIによる自動返信？と思しき対応で、人によるガイダンスに行き着くのが少し大変だった。

Umer (9/5): - Cleaning.jusy cleaning. There were cockroaches. But over all that was perfect. Just maintain cleaning .

Chin (4/5): Fair stay but lack supporting service. - The location is closed to Oshiage Station (approx. 10 min walk). Can watch Skytree Tower every day and night (the night view is particularly beautiful). The malfunctioned TV remote controller has been broken , and TV set is not working at all. I report this case but receive no assistance at all during my 12-day stay. A better customer service and service support is recommended.
