Lucia (10/5): It was a nice place for a short stay - It had very bad ratings, so my expectations were super low and it turned out to be quite decent! The room was big, the bed was comfy, private bathroom, blackout curtains, clean. Location is great. I have nothing to complain about. Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear neighbors if they are noisy. The common areas are not taken care of. The entrance and (not functional) self check in tablet give a bad first impression, that’s probably why it has a bad score. This didn’t bother me at all. Self check in through an app worked well.

Ros (3/5): Lovely city. Good location and property ok if you just want somewhere central to sleep. - Good location. Room warm and quiet. Hosts replied quickly when I messaged for WiFi code. Good WiFi My experience was not positive. There was no sheet on the bed only the rough mattress protector. The shower kept going cold or stopped almost altogether. The check in was very confusing and I would never have worked it out or found my room if I was not with my Czech colleague who helped me to find it. I could not see the name of the apartment anywhere and I was not even sure I was in the right place. When I eventually got to my room (which was dangerous as it was dark and up two flights of stairs and we couldn't find the light switches) it felt very insecure as the main door to the building remained wide open and I was only protected by a flimsy door with a simple 4 digit code which would have been easy to break. The room had a very bad sewage smell and the bed was very hard. Also the curtains were hanging off and wouldn't close properly. There were no lamps so lighting was poor. The floor was dirty and sticky to walk on. The room was not cleaned and the pictures on the website do not accurately represent the room I was in.

Jakub (1/5): We were not able to stay at this property and we are seeking reimbursement. - I was never able to collect my keys because the tablet didn't work. I was not able to reach anyone. We waited around the property for about 40 minutes to end up booking another accommodation. I understand technical difficulties happen, but not having any way to contact anyone is not good. Impossible to communicate with anybody.

Lukas (1/5): CAUTION!!! BED BUGS AND OTHER VERMIN! - Could not find anything CAUTION!!! BED BUGS AND OTHER VERMIN! Room in disgusting, unacceptable hygienic condition. We sent photos of the bed bugs to the landlord and Booking.com immediately after moving into the room. They neither provided us with another clean room nor agreed to a cancellation. Therefore, we had to move out after a few hours and look for another accommodation for which we had to pay again. The landlord, who hardly speaks German or English, refused phone calls, wrote only short text messages, even refused to come to the accommodation to see the conditions on site and ruled out a refund. This accommodation is an imposition and dangerous to health

Martin (1/5): Very bad exp - Nothing really Didnt get what I ordered. Queen bed was ordered but we got twin bed moved together with big chunk of wood between us. Totaly unusable as bed for 2. We were offered discount but only 7%. Thats very low for not geting what we ordered. The bed was very unconfortable. The shower was broken, water coming out of the tube from many directions. Overall standard very low, much lover than expected especially for the price.
