• woods (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant. - Pool an spa were beer. Spa nice and hot unlike many places. Bathroom floor needed more through clean . Whole parking lot needs a power wash. Room was a bit outdated and smelt of bit like smoke.
• Peter (9/5): Clean, relaxing and well maintained, with shops, the waterfront, great dining and wineries all close - We had a late check-in, and the communication was excellent. The instructions for finding and accessing the key were clear, and the map made it easy to locate our room. The stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend Brooklands of Mornington to anyone travelling through the area. It is a great place to stay.

All the shops were just a short walk away, and Mornington Pier is very close. We loved having the car park right in front of our room. The staff were incredibly accommodating with all our requests, and the rooms were tidy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend! The only very minor suggestion for an otherwise perfect setup would be to perhaps provide full-sized dinner plates in the room; we found the appetizer-sized plates a bit small for main meals, though this didn't take away from our great experience. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Mornington

• Anthony (7/5): Not bad but needs a bit of work to make it a value for money stopover. - Comfortable bed, quiet location, easy parking and reasonably close to town. Needs a bit of an update and a better clean particularly the tiled entry, bathroom tiles and paved outside courtyard.

• Simranjeet (1/5): Not true to the picture and beds are uncomfortable - The location of the property was good. Other than that nothing was. The beds were highly uncomfortable. The wheels on the bottom of then bed didn’t have a lock on them so they kept moving constantly. Makes it highly uncomfortable. We booked 2 rooms the one with double bed and single bed in it was so damn unhygienic. There were bugs around and the curtains were dirty. It’s definitely not worth the price. Also on complaining about the bugs and the beds , hotel staff chose to let go and didn’t do anything about it. As if no one really cared about pur experience and kept saying it is what it is and can’t do much about our experience. Never coming back to the property definitely not worth the price. The pictures are a lie , they aren’t true, specially the one with double bed and a single beg. The king bedroom was still good in terms of hygiene but didn’t have wheel stop on the bed which again made it highly highly uncomfortable even the mattress was super cheap quality that i woke up with a real bad backache.

• Rona (7/5): New renovations but lack comfort - Room 22 has been renovated since my previous visits. Yes, its lovely and new, BUT it lacked comfort and the room felt sparse. Casual chairs are very uncomfortable, new timber look flooring adds to the sparse feeling, no bed side tables and while the new shelving in the wall beside the bed is a "nice idea" its awkward to use. I would suggest adding a comfortable chair and footstool, also a luggage rack as the only place to put a suitcase is on the bench. Carpet would probably have made a world of difference. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the lighting was good. New timber look flooring. Uncomfortable chairs. No luggage rack. No bedside tables

Walking distance to pubs etc I liked having the pool and gym to myself at 8am Thurs. .I was disappointed the targeting spa jets didn't work but I made the most of.it. I also liked the greenery about the property and the ability to walk through a shortcut path from the main drive. That could service wheelchairs The rooms were comfy with blackout curtains,.Aircond. Our room had a front and back access door which was nice for natural airflow. Very comfy stay. Staff pleasant and helpful in the preparations of our stay and throughout and on meeting in person. Breakfasts weren't available during the time of our stay which was a little disappointing but allowed for an opportunity for us to explore.somw venues in the town. Pool- Didn't much like having to go via gym to use change room facilities but I can understand the rationale for having it that way. In room- I didn't notice if there was means to make ice blocks in the tiny fridge freezer.
