• Maggie (10/5): Amazing location and a great, friendly hotel - We had a room on the first floor, which we found larger and had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which we haven’t had before in rooms on the 2nd floor. I also requested a first floor room this time, as I find it difficult with too many stairs, my request was fulfilled. The staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast had plenty of choice as well. The location is great, right in the centre of the town. We had a really good stay. Nothing at all

• Martin (8/5): Overall, however, the hotel is well worth a visit and comes highly recommended. - The hotel is ideally situated in a very central location, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was a highlight, both in terms of quality and the charming traditional-style breakfast room, which reflects the hotel's overall classic character well. Housekeeping was also to a very good standard. Very good Wifi in all areas. On the downside, the mattresses and bedding were in need of an upgrade. The fire detector in the room flashed intermittently throughout the night, which was rather disruptive to sleep. Street noise was occasionally noticeable, and the walls proved somewhat thin at times.

• Marianthe (10/5): Would stay there again. - It was an historic hotel with high ceilings. Floors in the room were very wide wood planks the beds were comfortable, shower modern. It is only 2 floors. If you on the first floor you will hear a people walking in their room above you. If any one is sensitive to noise take a 2nd floor room. No elevators but staff will bring the luggage up. Hotel is in a car fee zone but taxis can drop off & pick up at the hotel. Very convenient location for exploring the area on foot. Nothing

• Harald (10/5): A great, bautiful place - you have to stay here! - This is a beautiful, historical place - traditional Spanish hotel architecture with a large atrium that hosts a café. Amenities have been top quality. The service persons are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing comes to my mind.

• Guest (8/5): - El estilo acogedor de la habitación y el hall de entrada, la espectacular puerta giratoria de entrada, el comedor/cafetería, la cama, la almohada, las vistas desde la habitación, lo céntrico que está y el personal tan amable. Las instalaciones estaban bien pero quizás algo faltas de mantenimiento. Hay que decir que es un edificio muy antiguo y supongo que mantener el estilo y el estado original es prácticamente imposible. El desayuno fue tipo buffet, variado, pero con productos de calidad media, que no hacen justicia al hotel

• Orestis (7/5): Would come back for the staff, but the hotel and room need some more attention. - Staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and easy. Breakfast was great. Very poor sound insulation, both from the street and from within the building. Bathroom had no ventilation so was constantly damp and smelly. The room had an emergency alarm on the room with a flashing light that was unnecessarily and annoyingly bright. The hotel is on a pedestrian zone, which can be lovely but it means no access by car. Nearest car park is 4 mins away. Not too far but it depends on your mobility needs.

Wunderbar geschlafen in herrlich bequemen Betten. Leider konnten wir das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück nicht in Anspruch nehmen, weil wir sehr früh zum Flughafen mussten.

• ille (8/5): An experience and the receptionist really tried more than their very best to obtain a taxi please find a solution - The historic and cozy atmosphere and the central location On saturday morning A very simple breakfast, even eggs were NOT possible 😢 this was a big desillusion as the day before we could enjoy a buffet breakfast + I have been waiting 2 x 30 min ! for a taxi outside in the wind - when I arrived in Punta del Hidalgo I was one week in bed, diagnosed with Bronchitis 38.9* fever so I hope you can find a solution for these problems regarding the level of the hotel I would love to come back

• Mirjam Natasja de Vries (4/5): Hotel völlig überteuert, katastrophales Frühstück, unhygienisch - Das Gebäude selber und der Mann an der Reception das Zimmer war nicht sauber, im Badezimmer einige fremde Haare, Matratze viel zu weich und durchhängend, und das schlimmste: Zimmer pro Nacht 140 Euro und dann kein Frühstücksbuffet sondern nur ein paar Habseligkeiten die man für jede Kleinigkeit mühsam bestellen und erbitten muss. Absolut daneben bei diesem Zimmerpreis
• Camille (6/5): - Très bel hôtel Très bon emplacement Belle chambre très propre Chambre donnant d'un côté sur la rue face au théâtre (bruyant lors de la sortie des spectateurs, mal isolé), de l'autre sur le patio accueillant un café. Toutes les voix des clients résonnent et c'est extrêmement bruyant de 9h à 20h ! On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres autour (voix, douches, bruits de pas, vibreur de téléphone, etc.), ce n'est pas du tout agréable, pas d'intimité. Notre lit avait un pied dans le vide (ne touchait pas le sol). Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait. Chambre à 125€ la nuit (hors petit déjeuner) et même pas de petit coin thé / café dans la chambre. Vu le prix, on pourrait s'attendre à un niveau de confort et de prestation plus correct.

• Victor FAURE (3/5): Mauvais Rapport Qualité-Prix - Emplacement pratique, personnel très aimable. Café/Salon de thé sur place. Rapport qualité prix indécent. Certes l'hôtel est bien placé dans le centre de la Laguna, mais il est aussi très mal isolé (c'est un vieux bâtiment historique). Même avec des boules quies, on sent le sol vibrer lorsque des personnes se déplacent dans le couloir ou les chambres voisines. Sans boule quies, on entend les voisins et le couloir avec le passage du ménage le matin. Pour les malheureux du premier étage, on entend également le salon de thé du RDC. Il y a au centre de la chambre un détecteur de fumée qui clignote fortement toutes les 5 secondes, ça se voit même les yeux fermés (c'est la première fois que cela me dérange dans un hébergement). La salle de bain était sale (présence de poils à mon arrivée), il n'y avait qu'une serviette par personne. La chambre est peu équipée (petite TV non connectée, pas de bouilloire, pas de frigo/mini bar). Cest un très bel hôtel, où il est difficile de se reposer, et les prix pratiqués (plus de 100€ pour une chambre double) ne valent vraiment pas la prestation.

• Josephine (8/5): An interesting , welcoming hotel in an unusual town. - The hotel is ideally placed for the restaurants and interesting buildings in the town. However, given its situation in the pedestrian only area, we had to walk with luggage from the nearest drop off point for taxis. The staff were kind and very efficient. This is an old building and full of character. It would not suit a guest who prefers modern fittings and bland furnishings. The breakfast room was cheerful with plenty of choice. Nothing.
