• Sandra (9/5): - Dwie sypialnie każda ma swoją prywatną łazienkę. Do tego trzecia niezależna toaleta na dole. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Parking w cenie i basen obok pokoju. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju i na dole i na górze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Trochę stary wystrój, ręczniki i pościel mogłyby zostać wymienione na nowe, świeże.
• Birgit (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Paphos sehr gut geeignet. - Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Problemloser Kontakt. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr als zweckmäßig, der Backofen war nicht sauber.

• K (3/5): Was not hygienic - Nothing in particular. A towel provided was visibly stained (brown marks) and not usable, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. After I reported it (with a photo), the host said they disposed of it.

• Barbara (6/5): Kleines Ferienhaus in guter Lage, aber mit Abstrichen - Altstadt und Promenade mit den Weltkulturerbestätten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat eine kleine Terrasse und einen Balkon im OG in einem Schlafzimmer. Schön ist der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung selbst machte einen ungepflegten, teils unsauberen Eindruck. Es herrscht sowohl im Haus als auch in der Anlage Verschönerungsbedarf. Eden Garden ist keine reine Feriensiedlung. Nur wenige Apartments scheinen an Feriengäste vermietet zu werden, einige sahen generell unbewohnt aus.
• Michał (10/5): Rewelacyjne miejsce - Lokalizacja około 1 km do promenady, centrum, Lidla, plaży więc dla mnie ok, bo wszędzie spacerkiem można się przejść. Bardzo blisko dworca autobusowego oraz ulicy że sklepami i knajpami. Wewnętrzna uliczka więc jest cisza i spokój, można odpocząć. Basen zewnętrzny, taras, balkon. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, klimatyzacja z której korzystaliśmy żeby się dogrzać w lutym. Wygodne łóżka, duży salon i 3 łazienki. Późne zameldowanie bez problemu. Dla mnie i mojej rodziny super lokalizacja, cisza i spokój, Dużo miejsca, czysto Stosunek ceny do jakości rewelacyjny. Zdjęć nie muszę wrzucać bo wszystko jest zgodne z tym co znajduje się na Booking. Szczegóły np brak klamki z jednej strony drzwi w łazience, brak oprawy oświetlenia w łazience, nieco nierówno pracujący klimatyzator. Jednak uwzględniając ilość miejsca, lokalizację, komfort i niski koszt noclegów dla mnie to miejsce było bardzo dobrym wyborem. Szczerze wszystkim polecam.
• Mary (9/5): - Ein großes, sehr schönes Haus, gemütlich mit gutem Wlan, Badewanne und Terrasse. Im Winter waren kaum Leute in der Anlage, es war sehr ruhig. Um die Ecke sind Restaurants an der Hauptstraße. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Ein Wasserkocher und eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine wären noch super, kann man ja aber schnell ändern. 200 m vom Apartment gibt es sehr guten und günstigen Kaffee in einer Art Edel-Kiosk.
• Allan (10/5): Väga hea koht! - Väga hea koht ja lähedal keskusele. Vahepealsed kohalike farmerite poed ( köögiviljad, puuviljad ja liha) on väga lähedal ca 200m, Kings Mall 800m ja Lidl 1,4km. Bussi lõpp peatus on kaa väga lähedal 400m. Toad olid väga puhtad ja personal vastas kiiresti. Me olime jaanuaris ja kütsime veidike tube, konditsioneerid olid ideaalsed ja kütsid toa kiiresti soojaks, soe vesi oli samuti olemas ja ei pidanud kaua ootama. Basseinis käisime kaa ujumas sõpradega)) ühesõnaga meile meeldis väga seal! -

• PANAGIOTIS (10/5): Μια πολύ ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ήσυχο και σε μια πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. Η κουζίνα διέθετε τα πάντα και ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά. Στα θετικά σημεία του διαμερίσματος τα τρία μπάνια που έκαναν τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο άνετη. Άμεση πρόσβαση στην πισίνα και εξαιρετικός ο χώρος του μπαλκονιού με το τραπεζάκι και τις ξαπλώστρες. Η οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλική και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Μια πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία. Θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί ο χώρος στάθμευσης του αυτοκινήτου.

• MICHALIS (8/5): Εισηγήσεις - Καθαρά, ήσυχα, άνετα Ο χρόνος προετοιμασίας [11-15:00],είναι υπερβολικός, εισηγούμαι να είναι 12-14:00, για καλύτερη αξιοποίηση από ενοίκους. Δεν μπορέσαμε να δούμε τηλεόραση, δεν ήταν συνδεδεμένη με τοπικά κανάλια. Τα κομοδίνα κοντά στο κρεβάτι έχουν αιχμηρές γωνίες και μπορεί κάποιος να κτυπήσει στον ύπνο του.

• Beata (10/5): Święta w grudniu - Ładny i wygodny dom, wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Ma dwie sypialnie i w każdej klimatyzacja oraz łazienka. W zimie klimatyzacja dobrze ogrzewa pomieszczenia a właścicielka zapewniła kołdry oraz koce.Okolica spokojna, można wypocząć .Pod domem można zaparkować samochód.Bez problemu mogliśmy zameldować się w nocy.Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, dodatkowo jest pralka,żelazko oraz suszarka do włosów. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką,mieliśmy awarię z ciśnieniem ciepłej wody po zgłoszeniu od razu zareagowała i usunęła problem. Szczerze polecam. Ok

• Monika (7/5): Pobyt udany, ale były małe niedociągnięcia - Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu 4dni. Apartament w porządku, dwie łazienki u góry i toaleta na dole. Taras ze stolikiem i krzesłami oraz dwa leżaki. Ogólnodostępny basen, ale nie korzystaliśmy bo byliśmy w ostatnim tyg listopada i woda była zimna. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzeba, suszarka na ubrania, suszarka do włosów, na balkonie suszarka na ubrania. Kuchnia mała ,ale wystarczająca. Parking duży, ale należy uważać z autem z niskim podwoziem podjazd z drogi na parking wysoki przez co za każdym razem podwozie na tym cierpiało :/ Ogromny minus za ograniczoną ilość ciepłej wody. Byliśmy w 4 os dorosłe i braliśmy krótkie kąpiele a i tak po dwóch osobach woda była letnia, a ostatnia mylą się w zimnej.. Mięliśmy wrażenie, że było bardzo słabo posprzątane, na umywalce były czyjeś czarne długie włosy. Były ręczniki, ale niestety brudne, niestety swoje lata miały. W dodatku niestety były mrówki w kuchni :/

• Tanja (10/5): Modern and cozy house in the center - Spacious house with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace and swimming pool. Beautiful garden full of flowers, possibility of parking right at the entrance to the house. Excellent location near the main street and restaurants, but peaceful and quiet. The kitchen wasn't the best equipped, there was laundry in the washing machine so we couldn't use it. The washed laundry was drying on the terrace, and we had to arrange ours on the chairs.

• Elena (7/5): Good - Free parking and two rooms with independent bathrooms. Well located and close to many points of interest. Automatic check in-and out There was a problem with the water pump and very little water was coming out for showering. The kitchen utensils are very basic

Everything was thought of, even beach towels. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hospitality! I highly recommend Edwn Gardens and you will be pleased!

Slightly off the beaten path, yet close to the archaeological attractions of Paphos, as well as a nice beach and a seaside promenade.

• Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - The location and facilities of the accommodation are very good. The landlady responds quickly and is accommodating. I had forgotten the key in the house and she extra drove to us to unlock the house with a spare key.
• Sharon (10/5): We didn't want to leave! - We had such a lovely stay at Eden Gardens. The property was just delightful - clean throughout, comfortable beds, both bedrooms being en-suite made life much easier, as did the downstairs toilet. Loved sitting out on the terrace morning & evening watching the cats wandering around. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to Paphos old town, close to our family that we were visiting, walking distance to the harbour if you're feeling fit! We hired a car so having a dedicated parking space was really useful. As the property is two stories, perhaps not suitable if stairs are difficult but that would be the only drawback & not something the owner can change. Nothing - it was perfect for us
